About
Tower Factory is a game where you have to build a factory that allows you to create enough towers to defend yourself from enemies. You'll need to find and destroy the enemy castle before it becomes too powerful and its monsters overwhelm you!
Features:
Constantly build, expand, and upgrade your factory.
Acquire resources to build more and better towers.
Explore the map to locate the enemy castle, rewards, or... more trouble!
Defeat powerful bosses and unlock new mechanics.
Unlock permanent upgrades that will aid you in your upcoming adventures.
Each game is unique as levels are procedurally generated.
Early Access content:
6 levels with a procedural generated map that makes every game unique.
6 unique bosses that unlock 6 new mechanics.
13 towers and 26 upgraded versions with new effects.
+20 factory buildings.
+70 metaprogression upgrades.
Create a factory from scratch in each game, gaining access to more resources and new buildings over time. How? With conveyor belts, indeed!
Construct and upgrade suitable towers to fend off enemies who will come during the day but mostly... during the night!
Clear the fog in search of the enemy castle, treasures, and (very importantly) more space to build!

Great little TD game.
fun mix Automation & Tower Def
This game scratched the exact itch I was looking for, as someone who loves both factory building and tower defense games. I really appreciate the existence of Strategic Mode, which lets you build while paused, since it allows for a more relaxing and satisfying (in my opinion) playthrough of the main campaign. Then once I felt like I understood the mechanics well, I switched to hard difficulty to play in Endless mode.
You will probably love this game if you:
- enjoy the early-game stage of factory building games like Satisfactory and Factorio - always wished your tower defense games had more of an economy to them - like chopping trees and destroying rocks, and clearing out a nice area to build in - wish making a factory could be not just a strategy to plan out, but a skill to master, as you learn to slap down a production line in seconds - have it out for mushrooms and snowmen, and like big lasers
You might not enjoy this game as much if you:
- need your factories to stick around longer than a few hours - prefer to plot out complex production chains rather than mastering simple, quick to build ones - get frustrated by resource nodes that run out - have a phobia of procedural generation & roguelike mechanics The game is still in development as I write this review, so I'm excited to see what new map mechanics, towers, resources, and production opportunities appear with Tier 3!
Fun and challenging game. I wish there was some options to the splitter units so you could decide to split belts out more or the joiner/splitter unit was smart in that it offered options to split specific resources.
Its a chill relaxing funny game
good
As of writing this review, Tower Factory is still in early access, and it is a solo-dev project, so if you can live with all that entails, it's worth the current price of 15 bucks. It took me about 30 hours to beat all the levels...though some of them I had to play a few times. There are only 6 levels so far, but more are planned. A tower defense game that is also a factory-builder is a fun twist on both genres. It reminds me a lot of Diplomacy is not an option, in that the simple, low-poly design makes you think it will be pretty casual, then WHAM! a surprisingly difficult game. But there are multiple difficulty settings, so you can find an option that will be challenging, but doable for you, no matter your skill level.
