Tourists Kidnapped a Little Bear

This game is truly awful. From the music to the gameplay to the technicals. It's a 'stealth' game where you simply slash at humans when their flashlight is pointed away from you and have 3 swords to throw. There are explosive barrels. That is it. The music is awful, the gameplay is awful, my 360 controller does not work with it (buttons work but D-pad and sticks do nothing). It is one of the most annoying 4 minute experiences of my life. I had to let it idle for one minute just to write this review to warn you. Infinitely worse than almost every free flash game I have ever played.

Before I played this... I had a small wee wee, no friends, no girlfriend, depression and absolutely no will to live. None of these things have changed, but the game is pretty good.

I think I found this game when I searched for Bear Emoticon on the market recently, saw one of this game's emoticons and thought the name was ridiculous. Surely it had to be a horrible game. Surprisingly it was okay. Apart from the cutscenes being microsoft paint quality, looping music that you'll forget about in a minute, and small bugs like being spotted and failing when not seen, it's still a game I didn't get bored of until it was finished telling the story through cutscenes. The character and enemy models are made well and there's a lot of resolution settings that pop up when you load the game... allowing you to set it quickly and easily. The ending of the game was something I didn't expect and it left me feeling satisfied. It appears that the developer can barely speak a word of English and you'll notice all of the achievement names/badge names are odd or spelled incorrectly. That's not much of an issue. I've never played Hotline Miami but other people seem to compare this game to it for the entertainment aspects. So if that's a game that pops up in your mind as a good one, you might enjoy this. It's also only a dollar right now.

A quirky little adventure with a cute premise and light humor. Unusual but endearing.
