About
Piece by piece you will reveal the truth about what’s really going on. Why are the captain and crewmates missing? What is your role? Who are you, even?
Spending so long in cryo-sleep can certainly mess with your head…
Or does it? Yeah, no, it definitely does.
And being all alone in an isolated environment can certainly mess with your head…
Or does it? Nahhh, yeah, you're probably fine.
But stay vigilant. The safety of Starship StellarCrest and your own sanity depend on it!
To figure out layered puzzles, you have to bring your A-game. Anticipate a wide variety of puzzle types that require deduction, pattern recognition, and good ol’ fashion 'out-of-the-box thinking'.
Analyze hints to locate keys and their respective lockboxes. But inside one lockbox, you may just find another. And another... A sort of ‘Russian nesting doll’ of lockboxes, if you will. And outside all of those lockboxes, you may discover that you've actually been inside a lockbox the entire time.
So your 'out-of-the-box thinking’ may actually need to be at least several boxes deep.
Navigate the turns and twists of an atmospheric environment to determine where to venture next.
Traverse forth and back to figure out what details are important.
Peek into every cranny and nook to unveil hidden secrets that are off the beaten path.
Resolve the emergency. Escape the rooms. Question everything.
In this current version of Early Access, you can expect 2-5 hours of playtime (depending on your puzzle-solving abilities and desire to explore).

If you are a fan of escape rooms and using clues to open lock boxes for more clues, while also getting a glimpse of something more going on behind the scenes...? Then this game might be for you! As an avid puzzle enjoyer I was more than happy to jump in and see what I could find. There were a few puzzles in here that stumped me for a good while. I tend to wander and stubbornly keep looking at the same info over and over for *far* longer than is reasonable, leading to my absurd 8 hours of playtime, but most of the instances of that were my own fault for overlooking or dismissing a connection here or there. But over all the experience was quite enjoyable and many of the other puzzles were satisfying to work through otherwise. This is clearly a small team with a particular vision for a puzzle game experience that I found quite enjoyable. There is some clear inspiration from a few other Puzzle games, but nothing that is so overt as to warrant spoiling to point out. Just that the Devs clearly like puzzles and wanted to take a crack at their own. Its clear why the team launched in Early Access, there is some polish needed, and some puzzle tweaks that I think would help some of them play a little smoother to a wider number of people, but that is what Early Access is for, right? I give it a solid 7/10. I will happily be back to see what the Devs come up with to advance the story in the coming months!
It's a pretty fun but challenging puzzle game with some unique ideas. I am interested in seeing where they take it with next next updates.
This is a very nice puzzle game. The only unfortunate part is how short it is. The puzzles in each room are very unique and I loved the way some of them worked however, two rooms felt like they could have had more within them. Overall, the game can be really interesting while silly at the same time. There is a lot of effort being put into it by the developers and you can clearly experience that as you're passing levels. Hopefully on full release the game will have a lot more lore and new rooms with additional unique puzzle mechanics. I am very excited for the future of this game.
Early Playtest experience, but I love what I see so far! I jumped in totally blind, just knowing it was a puzzle game, and it just kept delivering interesting puzzles, fun story, and mind bending clues.
I feel like this released too early and needs a lot more playtesting. The first few puzzles were alright, but I cannot figure out the airlock puzzle at all. There is no feedback to typing anything in so I have no clue what is working or what isn't and its honestly kind of an advanced puzzle for so early on. Please do blind playtests on your puzzles
Great game, I think it is better than the original version from Escape Room Simulator and I like the new puzzles in the candy room. I don't recall well, but I believe in the original version from Escape Room Simulator Phil died in a differently themed room and I much prefer the candy theming. Kind of calls on Hansel and Gretle for how dark and foreboding that room is.
