Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.86/day in the week to Sep 1 → 4.43/day in the week after.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
Adore this game. Likely somewhat biased due to my obsession with strategy games and more specifically, TW games lol - but if you're anything like myself you'll allow yourself to become wholly immersed in this ancient, virtual world of war! IMO this is the tied with Rome II as the best games within the franchise, but to be fair I love realism and historical accuracy and so very much prefer these to the Troy and Warhammer variants.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 12: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's fine I guess, played with it for a little while seems okay.
Это отличная стратегическая игра для всех любителей античности и серии Total War
Total War: Attila feels truly like a total war. The atmosphere is 10/10, feels like a mix of horror and desperation. No other total war really captures that, not even the warhammer series. The huns are my favorite end game faction in all total wars. Mongols were great but something about the huns is special. The end of the great roman empire of the west, rise of the eastern empire in the east. All faction besides Huns are going through some type of dark age stage, its great. Such a unique time period. Plus the main cities were done amazing. Though would have loved to see a fully complete Constantinople with the Theodosian Walls fully accurate and complete but understand the limitations. The A.I. isnt the worst but can still make mistakes. I hope one day they can can actually create very smart A.I. in the near future. I get the limitations but for games like this we need realistic A.I. for great battles and sieges that use actual tactics and strategy and unsterstand each unit with the mechanics. I prefer watching them fight each other. They really should have put more love into this game as it could have ranked better than Medieval 2, Shogun 2 and Rome 2. Feels the other titles had that love. They could of done much more with the last roman or Charlemagne chapters plus more content and factions but for what we got I'm still happy. There are amazing mods that add a lot of content. For settings, dont use max, keep it at least on medium just to be safe until they fully fix the bugs as they will be coming back to this title to fix anything needed for their side quest project. Overall, love this game. So far ranked as my favorite. Its a improved barbarian invasion from Rome 1 as its own game.
