Tiny Tales: Heart of the Forest

Fun game and plot. Wish we had to pierce runes together for spells instead of clicking them. Did not like that I could not tab out for other programs so that made streaming little difficult.

Can animals be racist? Rats and mouse in this game really hate each other guts! Rats are using bows and crossbows to shoot you in this game, they're playing the villains. Saving a mouse princess doesn't seem so fun but I guess I'm just playing it for the puzzle. The extra game at the end did anyone know rats can make poison cupcakes?

Decent game. Kind of hard to 100% as the collectables are missable, but there is exactly one per scene, so knowing that, it is ok. Unique story and decent voicing.

Tiny Tales is a cute Hidden Object Mystery about small humans living in general harmony with anthropomorphic rodents in the middle of a forest. Riding on birds is a nice touch, and there's a lot of scattered object scavenged from normal-size human modern civilization, which raises questions. The plot and puzzles are okay.

Juego de objetos ocultos interesante, sin un gran alarde de mecánicas y los puzzles son los mismos de siempre y sencillitos pero que, para jugar entre juegos, siempre viene bien. Logros sencillos de obtener y la parte de los hechizos, probablemente le podrían haber sacado más partido, ya que tal y como está es demasiado lineal. En definitiva, otro juego más de Artifex, no una gran revolución, pero tampoco tan malo como otros que he jugado. Si lo encuentras barato y, como digo, para "aliviar" entre juegos más serios, es una opción. Si buscas un desafío, puedes ahorrártelo.

I wanted to like this so much. The game wouldn't let me. I'm a huge fan of Artifex Mundi games, but a handful of them suffer from the same logic holes. Scene 1: I need a screwdriver. I find a screwdriver, use it, throw it away. Scene 3: there are some screws that need unscrewed. I find a knife, unscrew the screws, and throw it away. Scene 4-7: this fabric needs cut, if only I had a knife. I find several sharp objects, throw them away. Scene 8: I need a screwdriver. A couple hours into the game I just flipped it to casual mode so I could get through it as quickly as possible. It was not enjoyable at all. This is the first Artifex Mundi game that I did not bother to complete the bonus chapter on.

The game has a good story that makes sense and is a joy to play. I like gameplay and color palette as well. 🎮 🐇 5/5 ⭐
