About
Turn a small apartment high above the city into a garden. Start with a few pots and whatever space you can find, then learn what your plants need as you care for them from seed to harvest. Cook with what you grow, sell what you make, discover new varieties, and reinvest your earnings into an ever-expanding indoor garden.
You'll expand by unlocking new rooms, increasing the space available to you. Over time, you'll see your collection of plants grow throughout your apartment and eventually, even onto the rooftop. Along the way, you'll be able to decorate your home to create a space that feels truly your own.

Flowers, berries, and vegetables each have their own needs. Find the right planter (container), give them the perfect soil mix using compost, sand, clay, and more, then place them where the light and temperature suit them best. Of course, you'll need to make sure to keep them watered and free of weeds as they grow!

Your harvest doesn't have to stay in the pot. Take what you've harvested into the kitchen and turn it into salads, baked treats, and a wide variety of other dishes. The people who live in the apartment will pay you good money for your homemade meals!

What begins with a few plants can gradually take over your home. You'll unlock new rooms, make use of the balconies and other growing spaces, and eventually take your garden all the way to the rooftop greenhouse.

Your plants are not the only things that make up your apartment, after all, you have to live there. Mix and match furniture and decorations, arrange the plants as part of the room itself, and decide what kind of home you want to create. Don't forget your meow-tasic friend while you work on the apartment. Your cat will need to feel at home as well!

This game is fraudulent AI slop. It doesn't say that it's AI slop, but it is. - Every email in the game contains a bunch of emdashes - There are no voices for characters - The game's instructions references mechanics that do not exist (or do exist!), which happens when an AI agent forgets what it was working on. notably, the game has descriptions of lights that say "does not count as sunlight" except it DOES count as sunlight - The starting plant, the strawberry, never seems to die even though other plants die. It produces money infinitely. - Periods of daylight have hard transition points. In the game's advertisements, it shows the shadows moving across the sky in a continuous motion, however in the actual game this continuous motion doesn't exist - The game has things like UI elements that indicate that one thing should happen but another thing happens. For example, the fridge shows a specific amount of inventory spaces, but you can just put more in it than it says. - There doesn't really seem to be any mechanical reason to grow other plants - The music in this game feels like AI-generated "chill beats to relax to" - The game will tell you that your inventory is full when it isn't; almost like an AI agent doesn't actually know what it should feel like to play a game - The shop mechanic shows things like price adjustment in a way that implies - Money is a floating point number and shows like "$4.000002924" when it should just be $4. the same thing applies for certain items, like bags of soil, where it will say "4 kg" but actually contain 3.99930003 kg, and not fill the container you're trying to fill, causing you to need to buy a new bag - There are essentially no animations in the game - There's a skill tree that references certain things in the game inconsistently. sometimes it will say "+10% in addition to the previous 10%", and other times it will say "+20%", even though the previous skill was already 10%. so is it 30% or is it 20%? this is the kind of mistake an AI agent would make. Ultimately, is game is a success in AI slop being plausible, not normative. This means "the game exists enough to fool you, but when you dig deeper, it doesn't behave like other games or use the language of game design gamers are used to" because AI isn't a gamer. I'm going to ask Valve to give me my money back because this is false advertisement.

I wanted to like this game, I really did. but the amount of jank that i found in just the first couple hours makes me really worried about attempting any major progress. In no particular order here's what i ran into: 1. After unlocking the shop space and building the required 1 checkout and 2 stands I filled them with strawberries and pea shoots. I then opened the door and proceeded to sell absolutely nothing for the next week. I don't know if i needed to be standing there in the shop for it to work, but that was so boring I could never bring myself to do it. 2. After realizing the shop was a bust I then attempted to remove the two dozen strawberries i placed for sale and couldn't find a way to do so. Meaning I couldn't even recoup my losses by using them to fulfill orders. 3. The room I opened after the first letter with Nyx had a massive black shape on the wall. I assume this was a lighting or rendering issue as it didn't look like an image but rather a pure void. 4. I attempted to set the in-game units to imperial and only the information in the top right of the screen changed to Fahrenheit. any pop-up or tooltip still used Celsius. 5. When buying construction materials, there's nothing to indicate how much I'm buying at once. If I order one "fasteners" is that just one? is it a batch of 5? or of 10? it's not really spelled out. 6. After purchasing the first kitchen upgrade so produce more items with the same amount of materials, it took me a while to recognize that this effect wasn't automatic. I had to manually set it to that production every time I went to make food. Is there a reason I would ever want to produce the lesser amount and this isn't automatic? Don't get me wrong, I love the look of this game. The art, the music, the vibes. I love comfy/cozy. but there's too many things being weird for me to fully submerge myself into this and get as comfy as I want. Hopefully this is just growing pains and it can get polished up soon and i can come back and live out my solarpunk-green-fantasies
It's a very beautiful game that is currently marred by way too many bugs. I have barely played an hour and already I have run into clunky controls and a plethora of bugs including but not limited to: - drag and drop in menus not working - cooking not working (when you start cooking the timer doesn't go down) - no one buys things on sale - having to hit 'tab' TWICE to open the menu, every single time - lighting transitions are very rough - targeting issues (sometimes the game does not recognize what you are pointing at) - the inability to just put things down, which has the potential to softlock in the future There is a very good game buried in here, but I have for now decided to refund first and wait a bit while for the bugs to be evened out. I don't want to pay to be a beta tester.
I really wanted to love this game, but in its current state it's just incredibly frustrating to play. So many things aren't explained at all. I literally found the skill menu by accident in the INVENTORY. Why is it even there? I would've expected something like that to be on the tablet. The whole planting system is confusing too. The game doesn't really tell you which plant needs which soil or which pot, so you basically just buy stuff and hope it works. Making money is also absolutely terrible. I took out a small loan because I was struggling, only to find out afterwards that you can only have ONE loan at a time and can't take another one until you've fully paid it back. If I'd known that before, I obviously would've taken a much bigger loan. Now I've reached the colder days and some of my plants have frost effect on them. I have no idea how to get rid of it because, again, the game doesn't explain it. Some of my plants now say they'll take 200–400 HOURS to produce anything??? What am I supposed to do with that? I also still have no idea where to get the Item data base. I can't find it in the shop anywhere. And why am I suddenly getting NO strawberry orders at all? Strawberries are basically the only thing I can grow quickly enough to make at least some money right now, but the NPC just doesn't want them anymore. So now I'm sitting here with stacks and stacks of strawberries that I can't do anything with, while my other plants apparently need 400 hours to grow??? A lot of the icons and descriptions are also buggy or just confusing. I was really looking forward to this game, so this is honestly pretty disappointing. After 3 hours I feel like I've made basically zero progress and more importantly, I haven't had any fun. I really hope the game improves because I WANT to like it, but right now it feels like I'm constantly fighting against mechanics that aren't explained to me. At this point, I can't recommend it.
its a cute game, and i love the concept. However, theres a LOT of things that need to be worked out. First off, its incredibly hard to save up money to buy the upgrades and things. The amount of money youre needing to pay for the supplies to run your garden business is not equal to how much you are making. Theres also the issue of things are not explained super well. For example, the heater for the plants can ONLY be placed in a 4 x 4 planter. that is not explained. When you run out of building supplies, theres no where that tells you WHICH resource you ran out of. and theres not a clear place to check how much of each building resource you have, which makes building and upgrading in the game very frusterating. There is also a LOT going on. You have this mission to bring back the bee population, but also theres a shady company youre trying to help, but ALSO youre trying to build up rep with different organizations in the building. I LOVE that theres so much to do but it did feel a bit confusing on what I should be focusing on in the beginning. ALSO, I bought customization items and I have NO CLUE where to equip them XD It also isnt clear where i need to buy the autobots to help you with gardening.... I also spent a good hour waiting for the key to the 2nd room to be delivered, as in the letter it gives you it says it will be delivered through the mail. I finally stumbled across the purchasable key in the shop by accident and felt super frustrated that I'd wasted time waiting for it to show up. Ultimately, I can see the vision and when things get fixed i can see it being enjoyable, but for the time being I'd probably just find a different farming game to play.
Blatant AI usage, refunded They do disclose that they used some AI for promotional material, but its clear when playing the game that AI was used in much more than just marketing material The UI, the skill tree, music, enivironment, store and the quest system all have strange bugs/inconsistencies that I would associate with them being largely generated by AI.
This is a game seems to be chill but very frustrating when playing.... Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the art style, and the positive cycle of growing, selling, expanding. But the indicators and hints for quests are SO vague... Seriously lacking a lot of information for users to proceed. I often get several quests all together but the order of doing them is very vague. However, some of the quests do connect to each other, so the order matters. There have also been several quests that I have no idea how to do it. "Bring certain flowers to rooftop during 9PM -11 PM", in reality, you need to find a drone on rooftop and give your flower. There's no further or detailed descriptions about quests and just leave users hanging. I just encountered another quests I have no idea what to do next, I unlocked all the pot blueprints I possibly could, nothing can grow hot pepper, and I have no idea how to make "variant hot pepper "(not sure if that's the right term because I played in Simplified Chinese), but when I'm stuck, it's discouraging, I don't think this game's goal was confuse people and make them feel defeated. On top of vague quests, the textual information (or maybe Chinese translation) made my gaming experience felt confusing and frustrating. All the pots blueprint doesn't tell you what crops can grow in them, you just have to win it. Not a super huge deal, but when you are just starting and not making a lot of money, blueprints are expensive. Recipes' blueprint's name doesn't match the actual name of the dish....I don't get the meaning of have two different names and it has caused a lot of confusion. Since this game is so new, I can't even find anything online that could help, I joined a group chat on rednote with other player of tiny eden so we can collectively solve each other's problems. What I have mentioned are my personal experience and also other player's experiences I saw.
Very buggy and frustrating + lots of visuals are very obviously AI generated. Refunded
WAIT A MONTH BEFORE PURCHASING I really enjoy the concept of the game and do think that there's a lot to love from it which is why I'm not going to give it a thumbs down. But I heavily recommend giving this game a month to patch out the massive pacing issues that it has and lack of clarity surrounding certain functions. If you want a grind with little to no hand holding feel free to jump in now because at it's current state it will be a great game for you.
