Pizza Slice

Great concept love the cooking style and graphics but the bugs are too much. stuff glitches through the wall. soda machine invisible, in the current state I wouldn't recommend. This game needs a TON of work.

While I understand the criticism, Pizza Slice has provided me so much joy, that I'm willing to forgive a lot of the bugs. And honestly, luckily I didn't encounter that many bugs - and I've been playing this game since its release. Granted, it initially should have been released as an Early Access game, but I feel like the developers have been doing their best to listen and to patch, as well as improve, the game. For me, it has been such a fun and addictive experience, and while the core mechanic is simple (making pizzas!), it just works so well. From doing groceries, cutting the ingredients, making the actual pizzas, and cleaning up the restaurant - this game will keep you busy! Pizza Slice has scratched an itch for me I didn't know I had, and I've been really enjoying this game. One of my favourite moments is the end of the day, when the restaurant is closed, and I'm preparing for the next day. Cutting some more ingredients, preparing dough, making sure I got a stocked fridge for yet another day. Kudos to the devs for listening, and still bringing out patches. With a bit of work, this might turn into the ultimate pizza sim.

Do not waste your money, on this game. After 61 hours of game play the game is still buggy. Every time they do an update they break something, I don't know what but they do to the point you will have to restart from day 1 again. I got to day 10 yesterday on a brand new save the waiter is giving customers the wrong orders, when I made the one that was next in line at the top of my screen. This is the worst game development company I have ever seen.

The core gameplay loop is fun and the custom pizza feature makes it a different experience to other pizza makers out there. You can sell none pizza with left meat or the cheesemaxer if you want and customers will order it. The game had a super rough start which is where most of the negative reviews come from. Thing was obviously released in an unfinished state with co-op incomplete, game-breaking bugs and a WIP cutscene. The devs have fixed most of the worst bugs and finished co-op mode, there's still a little jank and rough elements left but can't stop me serving culinary warcrimes. Try my gratin pizza; white sauce, onion, ham, mushroom, and cover the top with cheese, the AI can't get enough of it

I really wanted to enjoy Pizza Slice, but in its current state I can't recommend it. I tested both single-player and co-op. Since co-op was only recently added, I expected some bugs and rough edges. Unfortunately, there were far too many issues for it to feel reliably playable. What surprised me more was the state of single-player. I expected it to be the more stable experience, but after reaching the waitress stage, my save became effectively soft-locked. I reloaded multiple times, tried different approaches, and even restarted the day, but I was unable to progress any further. The core gameplay has a lot of potential, and I can see why people are interested in it. However, the number of bugs and progression issues I encountered made it difficult to continue playing. I'll gladly revisit my review if future updates address these problems, but for now I can't recommend it.

Fun game but there's still a lot of bugs. Hard to maintain the flow since it's super buggy.
