super jeu pour chill et prendre son temps a gerer une petit librairie sympa , a beaucoup de possibilité et est très appaisant, je recommande fortement ce jeu !

I recommend this game! I just don't know to whom. Because it's so casual it's an absolute nothing burger. The graphics are nice, the music is nice, there are zero bugs that I could see, the UI is well-designed, it performs really well. It's made with love. The gameplay loop is thus. - sell books (which... is nearly fully an automatic process) - get money - buy more books - buy other items which will help you to sell more books or make tiny increments more profit - complete some arbitrary goals to fill out a journal which is a bare minimum progression system - repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat until you reach either 100% completion or you get seriously bored with it That's it. There is no story, no real end game, nothing to really work towards, no progression other than unlocking a few extra locations to sell books at. You have your tiny little bookshop and you sell books. You sell books to grind for pitiful amounts of money to save up for really expensive items that help you get just a little bit more than a pitiful amount of money. The only bit of deviation you will get is that every now and then you need to make a recommendation which means you click some books to try and find one that matches a description. I seriously don't know who would want this game, except that a great many people do. It's a perfect game to fill 10 minutes with. It's a game to play when you're sick and your brain can only take pastel colors and soft music. It's the perfect game for someone who doesn't want to actually play a game, but rather just click around a little and wait a lot for things to pretty much happen automatically. But if that's your thing... the Sims has a lot more going for it. This is closer to Little Computer People. ... but I like it. It has that I don't know what. If any of the above sounds appealing, you can safely buy it. I'm glad I did. I just can't help but feel this game had more potential though. It could have had more... game.

Tiny Bookshop is basically the digital equivalent of my lifelong fantasy of abandoning society to alphabetise books in a tiny town while surviving entirely on coffee and unresolved emotional issues. Can I sell some of my favourite books to NPCs and immediately imagine them going home to obsessively fan-girl over them? Check. Can I project my caffeine addiction onto unsuspecting townspeople and act like coffee is a core personality trait? Also check. Can I recommend manga under drama, horror, or adventure like any other respectable piece of literature and live in a world where nobody questions it? Absolutely check. After a while it does get a little repetitive buuuut honestly? For the amount of time it spends being adorable and feeling like a warm blanket wrapped around mild burnout, it’s completely worth it.
