Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.57/day in the week to Aug 7 → 9.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A beautiful, viscerally satisfying game. The sound design and artwork is just amazing. It feels fun to stock your shop. I don't particularly enjoy the recommendation mechanic as it stands as it is a bit too hard to find what they want. That is the only thing I would change. What would help is maybe a bit more hints or like stickers on books that can give them a micro genre that you can look out for when recommending.
A lovely cozy game. Well crafted game mechanics, engaging interactions and good design elements that remain interesting as you progress. Well done to the devs.

This is a sweet, cozy, "community helps community" kind of game with a lot of love for diversity, themes of friendship, family, and chosen family, and settling in a new place that you want to call home. There's a lot of great quests for different characters, a cool selection of books and genres, and locations, and it's fun dressing up your little mobile bookshop for different locations (the presets function is incredible). There's no negative consequences for getting a Rec wrong (and sometimes you really won't have anything that suits, though make sure to always look outside of the genre they're asking for first!), and you can pretty heavily customise and tweak accessibility in ways that suit you. Some cons include the fact that every time I recommended a story on feminism/LGBT theory or Black theory to a customer asking for something "political" they'd go "that's not very political." Which is uh, incorrect, and a bit weird for a game that clearly does showcase diversity and different themes. I could never quite wrap my head around the fact that Black women fighting for their rights was not considered political, even though the book listing and blurb was right there. It felt jarring and tonedeaf for the game itself. (I could understand it in a game that wasn't going out of its way to depict this kind of diversity, but in one that is??) I appreciated the cast of characters, they were each allowed to be flawed (and sometimes annoying depending on what you like/don't like) in their own ways. Generally speaking it was not buggy/glitchy, and it never crashed for me, and every achievement triggered properly (except for one, which I think bugged out and then eventually corrected itself). Ultimately I also got a nice little reading list out of it! And it was incredibly fun to see titles from my own shelves, like Ace, Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, etc. along with many beloved classics and some really interesting crime / fantasy etc. I definitely recommend this game to folks looking for a cozy, gentle game with good pacing, and a lot of meaningful cosmetic adjustments along the way! It was fun collecting every item. :D
I absolutely adore this game and I actually found some new books to read irl by learning about them through Tiny Bookshop. I love my chaotically decorated little bookshop and the stories of the local villagers.
great little game nice for rainy days.
BEST GAME EVER
Very cute and satisfying management game. The pace is nice and slow. Very cozy. Love it!
This is such a wholesome game, you run a tiny bookshop, which is in a trailer you tow around. You can paint it, paint any decorations you buy, you can also paint your car. Once a day you get a free newspaper, in which there are boxes of books you can buy to add to your shelves, as well as decorations you can buy to put inside or outside your trailer. You can even adopt a stray dog you see at The Waterfront (and buy him a dog bed too!) and he will accompany you to any sites you go. There is even a story accompanying this game. You meet the same people, get to know them, their favorite genres of books, and their lives. You also have the opportunity to recommend them books occasionally, based on what they want, which varies from a one star to a five star difficulty. There are the occasional quests, such as "take Tilde's stuff to the Flea Market for her", "scare away the cruise ship tourists for fisherman Walt" and many more. I'm always happy when I play it. It's a perfect, cozy game, in that it's not too hard, but it isn't mindlessly easy either. I love it, and I imagine I'll get dozens of hours of play out of it.

If you love reading and playing video games, then this game is definitely for you! The vibes are cozy, immediately rinsing you in a wave of calm from the first time you enter. This has been a favourite of mine to pick up in the early mornings and the afternoons after a tiring day at work. It's also gotten me back into reading, as someone whose been in a reading slump (on and off) for a few months now. So while people are buying books, I'll read a paragraph or two of a novel while waiting to give someone a recommendation. I've never felt so at peace while playing a game! Also, the characters? The storyline? Chef's kiss! I liken it to Stardew Valley, my all-time favourite cosy game. This game whisks you away and immerses you in its world just like Stardew Valley does, but in its own unique way that keeps the game fresh. Although the main activity is the same everyday, each day the storyline progresses, you gain new quests and each day you have to strategically plan which books you will sell that day. It's incredible; I highly recommend this game! You won't find any other bookish game like it~
