Time Recoil

I enjoyed the base game play but have to agree with the other reviewers that the combo meter (which the game heavily relies on) drops way too fast to be usable unless you speedrun most levels. And while the first few levels are fun to do over a few times if you die, the game does become repetitive.

Very Hype ♥♥♥♥♥♥' Game. Reminds me a lot of Mr. Shifty but it has its own charm. The story, there might not be a lot of it, but if you pay attention to it, it is a pretty interesting cool little story =D And not to forget the OST was very hype, works very very well for this type of game.

I've really not got much to complain here, the mechanics are introduced well, the levels try their best to stay fresh by mixing it up with the small set of mechanics the game has and the game gives you many incentive to become insanely proficient at it by throwing some challenges that are both hard in execution and planning (Yes the 3 stars time are all beatable, it's defintiely not easy by any means but it is beatable with some thinking and / or better execution). This game is basically for M/KB users only, you can play with a gamepad if you want but the game is gonna trample you for it. If you're coming here from Crimsonland or Neon Chrome it's a very different feeling game, closer to Hotline Miami with time based special abilities ( [spoiler] Yeah the "blast" is not very "time" based but whatever) [/spoiler] .

Really nice top down shootering puzzles, try to get kill streaks to unlock powers to bypass obstacles, there's plenty of planning courses and precise movements to do.

Level of difficulty rises moderately, so you can still follow the. Design of most levels is perfect. You will direct your personal spy-ci-fy movie second to second performing gun katas throught the halls and coridors.

・Steam DeckにインストしてみたがLinux版だと音が全く出なかった。互換性でProtonを使ってWindows版に変更したら音が出た。 安っぽいイメージアートのせいで損をしているが中身は良ゲー。英語の会話を読むのが面倒で物語はよくわからなかったが、ゲーム自体は面白い。ゲームパッドでプレイ。この手のシューターはマウスの方が狙いやすいが、このゲームはスローモーションのおかげでゲームパッドでも何とかなる。左上に次にやることが表示されているのはわかりやすくて親切。死にまくるタイプのゲームだがリトライは苦にならない。ラストの意味はなんとなく把握出来たが、やはり日本語字幕が欲しい。ホットラインマイアミは難しすぎて序盤で投げたが、これはあきらめずにラストまでプレイが出来た。終盤は何百回と死んだのでストーリークリアまで12時間かかった。 ・わかりにくかった部分→壁に密着していると壁方向に銃を発射できない

There are some fair criticisms of this game, the plot isn't super exciting, the graphics are not the best out there and the game is short. But this game isn't about plot, it is about puzzle like levels and action movie style time slowing/stopping shoot outs. I enjoyed zipping around blasting away bad guys and often getting blasted away myself as I got a feel for each level, worked on my skills and sorted out how to attain each objective. There were quite a few levels that felt quite rewarding to beat. Is this the finest game ever made? No but if you like the sound of a short but rewarding top down action puzzle game I'd definitely recommend picking this one up.
