Time Mysteries: Inheritance - Remastered

[h2]Not sure why I even played this. Ignoring the rest of the series...[/h2] This is my least favorite kind of point-and-click game. Oh right, it's a hidden object game. So technically it's still point-and-click, just with even less going on. Artifex Mundi has seemingly made one game. Then they took that formula and remade it 10 times over. Change the setting, swap out the story, redesign a few puzzles, and you've basically got another game ready to go. The story sucks, the voice acting sucks, and the puzzles quickly became repetitive. After a while it felt less like I was solving mysteries and more like I was checking items off a grocery list. A mystery best left unsolved. There are far better options that this one. Poorly managed slop where devs ran out of ideas and just slapped something together from other games. With all the resolution and audio bugs.

Хотя идея путешествий во времени всегда интригует, реализация оставляет желать лучшего. Сюжет и персонажи. Главная героиня Вивьен Эмброуз узнаёт, что её отец пропал при таинственных обстоятельствах, а вскоре она обнаруживает, что её семья связана с путешествиями во времени. Это ведёт её в цепочку событий, где ей приходится раскрывать древние тайны и искать способ спасти своих близких. К сожалению, персонажи здесь плоские и незапоминающиеся. Вивьен действует скорее как инструмент для продвижения сюжета, нежели как живая героиня. Большинство диалогов поверхностны и не вызывают эмоциональной вовлечённости. Геймплей и поиск предметов. Как для игры жанра hidden object, сцены с поиском предметов здесь реализованы посредственно. Объекты часто слишком сливаются с фоном, размыты или просто спрятаны не совсем честно. Музыка и визуальная часть. Звуковое сопровождение неплохое, но не запоминающееся. Саундтрек, конечно, создаёт атмосферу мистики, но ему не хватает динамики. Графика, даже после ремастера, выглядит устаревшей, а про анимации я вообще молчу. Time Mysteries: Inheritance – Remastered — это довольно средний квест, который не предлагает ничего выдающегося. Играть можно, но только если вы большой фанат жанра или хотите пройти всю серию целиком. Оценка: 4/10.

Игра не так плоха, как ее описывают. графика временами размыта, особенно- в поиске предметов, но, по скидке вполне можно поиграть разок.

Time Mysteries: Inheritance is an interesting game, with a decent story, beautiful music and exciting places to visit. I enjoyed those parts very much! On the other hand, there are other things with this game, that makes me want to not recommend this game. The fact that this is one of the older Artifex Mundi games makes it very much different than the newer games, especially with the hidden object puzzles. I'm actually happy with the amount of hidden object puzzles in the game, as I just played a newer games from Artifex Mundi, where there were almost none at all. The graphics and how the items are put into these puzzles makes it really hard to see the items though, and I feel the amount of time I spent on these puzzles also took some of the focus away from the actual story. It's not fun when you have to guess, instead of actually solving the puzzles. The worst thing however with this game, also related to hidden object puzzles is actually something that almost made me throw up, even feeling nauseous, and made me physically ill. Some of the hidden object puzzles, especially the ones in the "main location", had a feature where it would turn the light up very bright, and then dim it again. My eyes hurt, and I had to put my blue light filter on my monitor to level 4, and that's with windows night mode on already! So yeah. If your focus is on the game and story itself, I would recommend it, but for people like me that enjoys to do puzzles and achievements without help, well maybe you should pick a different game.

剧情没什么吸引力。图片很模糊，像是三十年前的作品，糟糕的中文翻译更是雪上加霜。 把烟斗翻译成管道好像已经是这家公司的标配了，几乎每个游戏里都这样翻译。
