Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Great combat system, very reminiscent of Sekiro. Game is short, but that's good. Enemy variety and levels could be a bit more diverse, but the bosses are great. Amazing game.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 25: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

positive critical· bar length = how often the theme comes up
This game is poorly optimized, made of bland environments with several instances of texture/light clipping from outside the playable space in the tutorial stage alone, translated by some unpaid intern in an afternoon or else written by a third grader, featuring combat against damage sponges with frequent super armor and bad QoL (menu ring doesn't loop left to right, reading notes freezes you in place). It's not very good. I'd venture so far as to say it's outright bad. I'd venture farther if the amateur vibe of the game didn't make me feel a pang of pity, but that statement is damning with faint criticism in it's own right. Thymesia is not good enough to escape the shadow of the obvious comparison. In fact, playing Thymesia has only succeeded in instilling within me the desire to switch over to that obvious comparison. I of course refer to much celebrated, dearly beloved masterpiece Dark Souls 2, the Dark Souls 2 of the Dark Souls series.
was good nice parry
God Of The Fools
When combat clicks, it becomes satisfying. It's very dynamic and parrying oriented. However the default parrying window for normal enemies is weird. I like the double health bar system, it imposes a specific rhythm for each enemy. The specific plague weapons are cool for various playstyle, even if you can't really build a defensive one. You may need to re arrange your talents points to fit levels or bosses. There’s some balance issues where some elites feel harder than bosses, or enemies doing unfair turn over to backstab you when running. The first boss is a challenge on your nerves. Levels are rather short and level design confusing (guess on purpose), which you redo in reverse with changes during side quests. Some elements are placed only to raise your frustration more than helping the gameplay (like shortcuts not useful or with enemies purposely placed only to ruin your run to an elite) Its not long which is for me a good point, Im bored with the 50H+ game It's an OK game from an indie team, with a lot of quirks but a promising aggressive combat system. I hope they'll learn from experience and will deliver a better next game. I got it on sale so overall I'm enjoying it and recommend it for curious and open minded souls players.
