Yes its a lot like Ikari Warriors, but thankfully this game plays a hell of a lot better. Here, your character has some actual manueverability unlike the og Ikari Warriors games. Plus, it breaks it up a bit by adding side scrolling sections and even a small shoot em up section. The graphics are nice and colorful and the soundtrack was good too. These guys should try doing a nes contra clone.
Ehh... Almost but not quite. Kinda like Ikari Warriors, kinda like guerilla war, kinda like Mercs but doesn’t quite hit the sweet spot of either like blazing chrome and cyber shadow do for their respective counterparts.

Run n Gun favourite indie game for the PC. As a fan of Ikari Warriors, Commando and Heavy Barrel this was a welcome retro challenge. The music and level design well presented and planned. The addition of a hardcore mode as suggested to the developers is a nice touch.
[h1]Описание:[/h1] Очередной проект SEEP под ретро игры. 5 бодрых уровней, 5 боссов, несколько режимов игры. Картинка как всегда получилась красивой, а вот геймплейно что-то не очень порадовало. Стрельба наискось крайне неудобная, боссы неинтересные, а сама игра уж сильно короткая и можно пробежать за 15-20 минут. Не самый лучший проект автора, но и не худший. Порадовал выбор уровней и то что когда проигрываешь добавляют кредиты (континиумы). Рекомендую, но если вы впервые играете в игры SEEP то лучше начать с чего-то более интересного. Pretty cool run n gun with a nice variety of weapons. :) I can see myself spending some time with this...
Thunderflash is much more boring and flawed than it looks. The shots are too slow and the game needed to be a twin stick shooter.
Anyone who grew up playing the SNK game IKARI WARRIORS should love this one. Top/Down Run & Gun Shooter (RGS) at it's indie finest. I can't recommend this game enough. I like what they did with this game. My only complaint is that I can't use my XBOX controller I had to use a SEGA Genesis type pad. I'd like a sequel but dunno if that'll happen.
I got this for $0.49. It is a well made Ikari Warriors style game. You can pick from two characters, and it'll keep you engaged for a couple fun filled minutes. It's $0.49, there isn't anything to complain about at that price.
Game is nice. Very old school, for one guy who produced it, it is good work. Controls are relatively tight. It´s an oldschool game, could be a late C64 release, definetaly a NES release for sure. It´s not as good as M.e.r.c.s. or total carnage, bur for 1,99 it´s nice and good enough to kill a couple of hours.
