Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.57/day in the week to Aug 15 → 9.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Thronefall is a minimalist strategy game where you build a humble kingdom by day and defend it by night. Balance economy and defense by fortifying walls, recruiting troops, and charging into battle yourself to protect your stronghold from relentless waves of attackers.
Perfect for quick sessions or fortification marathons, step into a streamlined and endlessly replayable twist on tower defense!

10 Maps. From the mountainous Nordfels to the vibrant Wildbach, progress through a range of maps with different terrain, weather, enemies, buildings and challenges.
9 Unlockable Weapons. As a Warrior King, seize a weapon to take with you into combat, from Battleaxe to Blood Wand.
Over 50 Unlockable Perks. Take up to 5 perks that bestow certain advantages, and optional Mutators to ramp up the difficulty.

Protect your Kingdom with Walls, Barricades, Shrines and Towers.
Expand your economy with Houses, Bridges, Gold Mines, Harbors, Mills and Fields. These buildings grant you gold every morning – if they survive.
Research upgrades with the Castle Center, Blacksmith and Royal Forge.
Build your military with Barracks, Archery Ranges and Hero's Quarters. Your forces include Knights, Berserks, Crossbowmen, Fire Archers, and special Heroes such as Golems and Mages.

When night falls, an increasingly strong succession of foes threaten to overwhelm your Kingdom. The sun only rises when they're dead.
From wooden Barrel Knights and Flying Mages to Ogres, Slimes, Wasps and Catapults, the land is teeming with danger.
If your Castle Center is razed, you lose.
As King, lead from the vanguard and defend your little Kingdom til you see the sun rise.

If you like tower defense games mixed with a little bit of StarCraft, then here's a short-to-REALLY-long game for you. Short if you play long enough to get all the weapons and levels and beat the main campaign. REALLY long if you play all the other bonus modes and get every challenge completed. It's a pretty fun game all things considered, but I did find that I was only really using the buffs that targeted the player character rather than the units/buildings. Otherwise, it feels like all the agency belongs to the units and you're just kind of there to direct them a la StarCraft. However, unlike that RTS, the ability to select units and provide directions is incredibly limited. I can either run over to the units I want to select if I'm close to them, use a hotkey to select all of a specific type (melee, ranged, hero), or run up to the building that makes them and interact with that. With all but the major hotkeys, reactions are far too slow. Even if I select every unit, if I tell them to rally at a point across the map, they're not going until they've dealt with whatever enemies are immediately next to them. So you might get some to show up, but likely not enough. There's even a commander kind of option where they follow you and attack, but I'm not sure how good that is. Your melee are likely to leave you behind. Ranged is likely your best bet, but will also probably leave you because you're just -too fast- by comparison. Some weapons do feel inherently better than others. The bow, for instance, is good against most units. You even get a dagger to occasionally stab when the cooldown is done which helps a lot. The spear....not so much. It attacks fast and slows things down, but it feels like you're playing with the ability to run if a wave is particularly bad. Now don't get me wrong, I've been naysaying this whole time, but I really did like the game. I do wish there were more story behind it. Put 14 hours into this game and if I didn't do all of the challenges for some of the earlier maps, it would have been a few hours less than that. Would I play a sequel? In all likelihood, yes. I want to believe that the developers learned things from this game and would apply those to a new game.

I love the art style and the game is pretty good too I guess...
pretty chill if you want to pop on a video in the background and just do nothing for an hour or two
minimalistic in the best way
