game crashed . dont buy it
Incredibly short, only the atrociously slow walking speed pads out the very meager length of the game.
Title: "Mundane Misadventures: The Snoozefest Saga" If there ever was a game designed to drain every ounce of enthusiasm from its players, "Mundane Misadventures: The Snoozefest Saga" would be it. From the moment you load this digital torture device, you're greeted with graphics straight out of the early 2000s, and not in a nostalgic way, but in a "did my computer just time-travel?" kind of way. Gameplay? Don't get me started. Imagine watching paint dry, but slower, and with less variation. The protagonist moves at the speed of a sloth on sedatives, making even the most straightforward tasks feel like enduring a root canal without anesthesia. The storyline, if you can call it that, is a disjointed mess of clichés and nonsensical plot twists that would make a B-rated soap opera cringe. The voice acting? Picture text-to-speech software after a night of heavy drinking. And let's not forget the sound design—a cacophony of poorly synthesized noises that will have you reaching for earplugs within minutes. The soundtrack, if it can be called that, alternates between grating techno beats and elevator music that would put a hyperactive toddler to sleep. In conclusion, "Mundane Misadventures: The Snoozefest Saga" is a testament to everything wrong with modern gaming—lackluster graphics, abysmal gameplay, a storyline that insults your intelligence, and audio that makes you question the existence of good taste. Save your sanity and your hard-earned cash; this game belongs in the depths of digital oblivion. Rating: 1/10 - Only because 0/10 isn't an option.
Do not waste your money on this game. The walking speed is agonizingly slow and the game crashed several times at the same exact spot making it unplayable after the first 10 or so minutes into it. As soon as you see the first bad guy crawling at you and you start to crawl away the game crashed on me 3 times in a row at that same spot. The movement speed is so horribly slow I couldn't stand to keep trying to see if it would ever not crash. Don't even pay $1 for this game. To top it off there is no saving your game progress so if your game crashes you are starting all over again.
This game Pavloved me so bad I became paranoid every time a light bulb broke. It's a really good game, the plow twist was so unexpected. Apart from crashing two times, there are no bugs. I beat it pretty fast: https://youtu.be/y_Wwujhf6OQ Although it's so short, I really recommend it, it builds tension minute by minute. I hope the developer continues the story in some way.
I can't not recommend the game, its a good concept and the atmosphere was definitely there, however, It crashed at the beginning, I restarted, got into the house portion and it was so muddy and slow, I ended up stuck like a 4 wheeler in a mud pit. Im not gonna restart a second time. Theres a bit to work out before I will try this title again, refunded for now.
