Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It was really nice to explore Thief world in VR. Highly recommended. Gameplay and VR mechanics are good. There are occasional bugs but nothing that would spoil the game. Graphically it's not pushing the boundaries of what's possible but it was decent and performance was great. Game length is on a short side but it was still fun. DLC would be welcome ;-). Overall happy with the game.
10/10, como siempre, vengo siguiendo esta franquicia desde el 2004 con Thief: Deadly Shadows. En 2014 fue un sueño cumplido y dije hasta aca llego, y ahora esto. Cambio mi puntuacion a 11/10

Played the first two missions and I'm having a lot of fun with Thief! the game seems a bit easy so far, but sneaking around is an absolute blast. They've got some cool VR features like blowing out candles, blowing a whistle to summon your magpie, picking locks, snuffing out candles, and of course the bow and arrow! Graphics are wonderful! fully voiced characters is nice to see (even if some people are complaining about them talking too much(which i can see)) You have a magpie named Jenivere that you can pet, and will bring you spoils that it plunders in the levels. I bought the game on launch but haven't had a chance to play it til now. Maybe the patched issues from launch which are the reason for the negative reviews. i'm not sure, but i can say that the game is easily worth $20!
I got it as part of a Humble Bundle. It reminds me of playing an N64 game with the collectathon aspect, and the simplistic graphics. Banjo and Kazooie In a dark stylized bob's your uncle Terry pratchett-ish "The Watch" town. Just kidding not really. Obviously not as simplistic as the N64. You find all of the expensive loot that you can, and it's directly converted into gold. The guards that you sneak past aren't that difficult to overpower If they see you, so I guess you could say the game is a bit relaxing, it's not going to stress you out a lot. Really it feels a bit like playing some other ported quest style VR games, definitely has that simple shaded vibe. Like there's chains and it's cylinder with a bump map texture on it. Her companion ghost sort of buddy that you encounter in about the time I been playing definitely has a recognisable voice from Skyrim NPCs.
I remember the original Thief games but never did dwell on them too much. So whether this game is unfaithful to the OG games is only known by the true fans. That being said I did find it a fun little romp. Took awhile for me to realise that guards don't always see you, even when you think they have. Keep out of the light, or in darkish area's. One thing though that did grind me a bit was having to deal with several guard voices talking over each other and saying the same dialogue over n' over again. It ended up a sort of torturous situation lol. I had to go in the settings and shut the talking off.. until I had to turn it up again for important new mission info. Oh, and another thing that disappointed was the ending (didn't really have one). It's like the devs simply ran out of idea's. Get in a sale preferably.
Yes
good VR title
For 20 bucks this is definitely a title I’d give a middle rating to besides a yes I recommend it or no I don’t. If you’re interested in this one, definitely wait for a sale. In my opinion with the amount of bugs and jank this game gave me, paying full price doesn’t seem fair. I didn’t play on day 1. It’s been out a while and still has these issues. What I did enjoy was the simplistic thief-like game play. Idk what the classic thief games are like so I have no reference. I just found it fun sneaking around the dumb, blind, and near deaf guards, stealing their stuff, and knocking them out. Pick pocketing feels good too. Every level also has some side quests and a hidden item to find. This may entice you to explore the level to try and uncover as much as you can. I played this on a bsb2 so the dark environments looked really great in my hmd. Now for the bad/annoying stuff. For bugs, sometimes loot would get stuck in drawers. I’d eventually get it out but it would take a bit. Sometimes when you knock down a guard depending where they fall down they might get stuck in a wall, a railing, or stairs. Then you might have a chance to loot their money purse if it’s exposed enough for you to grab. Mild spoiler ahead…The biggest bug for me (and this down right pissed me the hell off) was at the end of the last mission you walk through a portal. It even says to do it in your menu for what to do next. When I did the game teleported me back to the main hub area (the place you always go after you finish a mission). I thought to myself ah okay makes sense, the final encounter must be a separate thing. Fine, I'll go to the level select area. I go there and the game is acting like I haven’t even done the final mission…even though I just spent an hour doing just that. I was a little discouraged so I took a break, came back, and redid the final mission. Walk through the portal and the same damn same thing happens. I had to look up the ending of the game on YouTube. I was SO annoyed. Fix your F-ing game if you’re going to charge money for it. Oh also the story is not great. VA was decent and so were the animations of the characters. If you do extra stuff in the levels you can earn “rewards” The rewards are mostly insignificant upgrades to things. I think the only useful ones were moving faster while crouched and making less noise when falling. Oh one of the rewards you could pick was moving faster while dragging a body. Maybe this only worked on dead bodies because this is never mentioned in the tutorial and I went through the whole game not being able to drag a body. I never killed any guards, I just knocked them out. Maybe that’s why? Anyways I went on way longer than I expected to. Overall the game was fun but that major setback at the end really put a bad taste in my mouth. Not enough to give it a thumbs down because there is an enjoyable time here. I’d just wait for a sale.
Thief has always been one of my favourite stealth series and in VR it has rocked again. gameplay and mechanics are awesome.
