It is alright...not for 15 thou...def a 4.99 game.

Criminally underrated and underlooked for how good of a wave shooter mechanic it has. A few notes: Kind of hard to tell where enemies are coming from at the start of some rounds. Maybe a radar on your wrist or something would even help. Tutorial is a bit buggy; the gun instructions stayed up when I was trying to grab my badge. Had to go out of chaperone for some pickups at the tutorial as well, though don't think it was really required (the gun on the table for instance). Mechanics themselves are solid, though I got a D on mission one for 45% accuracy and 95 headshots :( sad days.

I am really enjoying this. It is what is says, a classic arcade rail shooter only in room scale VR so you have to hustle when a bullet is coming at you, not just tap your foot. Really excited about the potential in this game. Please keep it up. Please add more easter eggs like the one on the opening menu!

I had the chance to get a key from the developer to review on this game. This has NOT altered my opinion on this. The following review is not influenced by this action. At the end of this review, you can find my short Review Video about the game if wanted. The Torus Syndicate can be described as a Rail Shooter like Time Crisis (one that I used to play). You can move from one spot to another (Curated Locomotion) and shoot the bad guys. Using cover is not necessary, but helpfull. Although the game has a very "minecraft-like"/blocky design, it can get you immersed into the World. As of the length, the game is right now a bit too short too justify 15€. It is in Early Access and at this moment contains only the first Act which consists of three Levels/Missions. For all of you thinking about getting this game: The game right now delivers content for about 30 minutes, so keep that in mind. If you can wait, I would recommend to wait until more content comes up and a Coop Mode is introduced to make the experience more fun. In short time I was playing I was having a blast. The game is like a combination between Unturned and a classic Arcade Cabinet Shooter. Really solid, satisfying gameplay.

This game is a lot of fun! Although it starts out being completely on rails, there are also challenges where you get to freely switch betwwen a set position, creating a greater feeling of freedom. Although graphics are cartoon style, the experiense is surpirsingly immersive and there is great variation to the different challenges. Highly recommended - but, developers, please implement left-handed mode!

Wow, really like this game. The rail shooter start but then the second mission gives you more free by allowing you to switch places. As others have said the graphics are cartoony but are excellent. The game is actually really good, but it is way to short for it's price. I was able to finnish it in around 30min. As soon as more content is added, it will definitely be something I would recommend.

This game is awesome. Don't let the cute simple graphics fool you. They work very well. The teleport system is very well done, and always makes sure that you match your real life play area with the game area. This is needed, because you'll need to duck behind cover all the time. In fact most of my playsessions have ended because I was physically exhausted. I look forward to where this game is going. The developers just added a challenge mode, which is good fun. I can't wait for more of this!
