I used to love this game but when they released the pet DLC the game became un playable, so many buggs, lag spikes, lag audio and sometimes no audio at all. Now i tried to play it again efter 1 year not playing in hope that they fixed the buggs and lag but no it is still unplayable and i wished i never bought the DLC

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The Tenants is a fun and engaging game that blends apartment renovation, interior design, and property management into one experience. From renovating rundown apartments to decorating them with furniture and renting them out, the gameplay loop feels rewarding and keeps you motivated to progress. One of the things I enjoy most is the creative freedom. You can design apartments in many different styles, mix and match furniture, and tailor spaces to fit tenant preferences. Watching an empty or messy apartment turn into a stylish, fully furnished home is very satisfying. Each new renovation feels like a fresh project. The management aspect adds depth without being too stressful. Handling tenants, responding to their requests, and managing finances gives the game structure and purpose. While it’s not purely a cozy game, it still allows you to play at your own pace and enjoy the process, especially once you get used to the systems. As you progress, the game introduces more mechanics and challenges, which helps keep things interesting. There’s always something to work toward, whether it’s unlocking new furniture, upgrading properties, or expanding your rental business. Pros: ✔️ Fun and rewarding renovation gameplay ✔️ Lots of furniture and decoration options ✔️ Good balance between creativity and management ✔️ Satisfying sense of progression ✔️ Apartments feel like unique projects Cons: ❌ Some tasks can feel repetitive over time ❌ Management mechanics may feel a bit overwhelming at first ❌ Occasional pacing issues in the late game Overall, The Tenants is a solid and enjoyable game for players who love renovation, interior design, and light management systems. If you enjoy building, decorating, and running a property business, this game is definitely worth checking out
Por 5 reais tudo vale a pena
It's fun. But- gets repetitive fast.

The Tenants is a 5/10 for me. I have played this game for about 83 hours, and there are still some bugs that need to be fixed. An example is when a tenant asks you to renovate a room in their house, or replace stolen items (and put monitoring systems in), and the game will not allow you to leave after renovating. When that happens, you have to close out of the game completely (ESC does not work). Another issue I have is that keeping your tenants happy is extremely difficult. I have looked for guides and advice from people on Steam and other online forums, but unfortunately, not much help is out there. They also do not have any guidance on how to keep tenants happy in the guidebook that is in the game. Personally, I think the game tends to get very repetitive, and I get bored. An example is having to do Elite Contracts at least 3 times each so that you can purchase the property, although some properties are much harder to come by than others (one including the "Slums Mansion" which is needed for an achievement. I had to do that job 6 times before it showed up on the "Purchase" tab. With all of that being said, this game has some good qualities as well. The time management aspect, playing the different contracts (one time), and creating homes/ apartments based on the personality type of the tenant/s you want can all be very fun. Lastly, I did some research and found that, unfortunately, the game may be considered "abandoned". I did not find any definitive proof or reasoning, only speculation. I tried finding a statement from the devs and Ancient Forge in general, and did not find anything. The game has only had one DLC since 2023, and I have heard that it made other players' games "unplayable". The reason I gave this game a 5/10 and the biggest disappointment for me personally, is that if the game is truly no longer being worked on, there are certain achievements (like the Community Event achievement called “Community Champion”) that are no longer attainable, which means the "Achievement Hunter" achievement is also no longer attainable. I am someone who likes to get all of the achievements in games because it makes me feel like I truly explored every aspect of the game. I hope that the game can be worked on and improved in the future. From my research it seems that many people want to see new content and bug fixes. All in all, if you read this review to see if I think this game is worth purchasing, I would say that it is worth it if it is on sale for a couple of dollars or if the devs decide to work on it again. If the devs do not come back to work on it, or the game is full price, I don't personally recommend it and instead recommend the game "House Flipper".
This was a great game until they abandoned it. Surprisingly today they release a version for PS5 and Xbox yet they havent been maintaining or taking care of the people that own their game on PC. I wish they would revive this game but at this point I think its a lost cause.
I love it and also hate the game. The game itself is something that I enjoyed A LOT. It does get boring sometimes (and repetitive) but all I need to do is skip a day or two then I'm back for more. What I hate about it is it's GLITCHY ASF. Devs don't really care about the game too and I don't think they bother no matter how much we send a feedback to them. But hey, I bought it as such a discounted price (90% off I think) that I don't think it's a failure of an investment. Mediocre game for a cheap price is good enough for me.
the game was working fine for few hours, then everytime i open the visits, it freezes every single time. i can't do anything it's frustrating. I have enough RAM and my computer is more than fine for this kind of game but clearly this game has a lot of annoying bugs that never has been fixed. it's not like this game is new.
