This game is basically if Houseflipper and The Sims had a baby and I'm so here for it - It has both cozy elements such as decorating and renovations, but also a rather chaotic and sort of tongue-and-cheek aspects that work very well with the landlord sim theme, making the game really fun. I mean, I survived an earthquake in the first two hours of my gameplay, so randomness very much like in the Sims - in the best way possible :D

Ich habe jetzt den 3. Spielstand versucht und jedes Mal buggt etwas anderes so massiv, dass das Weiterspielen nicht möglich macht.... bei einem Speicherstand gehen Elitequest nicht mehr, einmal geht Speichern nicht und das letzte Mal, komme ich nicht aus dem Renovierungsmodus um zu speichern und neu zu starten. Verschenktes Geld.

Im not a gamer, but I enjoy this game. It lets me turn my mind off and worry about SIM problems vs real life problems. 10/10 recommend.
en mi experiencia puedo decir que me encanto, este juego es muy bueno para los que aman la decoracion de interiores y la arquitectura, lo cual lo supieron hacer bien asi como el papel de rentador y nuestra responsabilidad de saber administrar bien nuestras viviendas, el estilo artistico tanto de los muebles como de los npcs me parece tierno y a la vez chistoso y mas cuando hacen acciones como cantar o hablar con otras personas, lo unico malo que le podria valer a este juego es que despues de jugarlo mucho se vuelve repetitivo en estar haciendo las mismas misiones una y otra vez, aunque aun me quede bastante contenido que probar, 9/10 le doy a este juego, muy recomendado :D
Вылетает безбожно, хотя требования к игре не высокие и ноутбук с легкостью должен ее тянуть Да и графика не супер сложная, очень сильно бесит, что нельзя сохраняться в игре самостоятельно, а только через автосохранение...
Jeu de gestion dans lequel on incarne un propriétaire immobilier qui rénove des appartements, les meubles puis les loue à différents types de locataires. il faut jongler entre les rénovations, les demandes des locataires et la gestion financière. Le jeu est visuellement agréable et assez intuitif à prendre en main. j'aime particulièrement l'aspect décoration et aménagement. Il y a aussi une bonne dose d'humour dans les interactions avec les locataires, ce qui rend le tout plus vivant et réaliste. C'est un bon jeu de gestion/déco pour se détendre. Je le recommande à ceux qui aiment les jeux calmes et créatifs.
