The Tenants

O jogo é divertido, mas começa a ficar repetitivo até rápido. Já joguei 25 horas e ainda não cheguei a 1 terço dos trabalhos de elite, nem desbloqueei o terceiro distrito.

I can't even get past the tutorial, cause I can't exit the trailer. I have sent several reports with no response.

love this type of game, but it's kinda laggy. when I open up the rent for my lot, i never get the tenant, even after changing the style and the furniture, because of that, I stopped playing.

This game is okay. It started off reasonable, and as someone who is a fan of management games, I thought that this was perfect. I would be lying if I said I didn't initially love it, but then came the issues. I have read some reviews talking about the bugs they may encounter and luckily, I haven't encountered any myself. The biggest issue, I believe, is the contract building jobs in the latter half of the game. The contract can be simple, the individual wants you to create a bedroom for them. The requirements are basic items in a bedroom, but then you hit a wall, there's no space and you can't build/remove/adjust walls or doors to create space. The other wall you may hit it, the individual wants you to focus on the prestige of the room, but there's not enough money in the budget to do so. Another wall you may hit, you pick up a special contract and they require certain things in a room that takes up the majority of the budget, and your client wants you to focus on prestige and doesn't care for required furniture. It doesn't matter that the client doesn't care, the game cares and you are forced to add all the furniture, even if that means you have to upset the client by not doing their objectives. I don't know what happened or why it changes from reasonable jobs to jobs that can't be completed unless done in a very specific way (removing the freedom the game initially presents), but I don't find it fun when a game locks you into working a certain way while also making it hard to progress. I want to like this game cause I saw the potential within, but it might be something I have to leave behind, especially since it looks like they're done working on the game.

Ich habe mir "The Tenants" 2021 kurz nach Release für 11€ irgendwas gekauft, nachdem ich die Demoversion angezockt hatte. Dann habe ich es irgendwie direkt vergessen und zufällig 5 Jahre später in den Tiefen meiner Steam-Bibliothek wiedergefunden. Das Spiel macht echt Spaß! Es erinnert ein wenig an den Bau- und Kauf-Modus in Sims, aber in weniger detailliert. Dafür gibt es außer der Renovierung und dem Designen von Wohnungen ja auch noch andere Aufgaben zu erledigen. Es ist ein entspannendes Spiel mit Kreativität und Humor für Zwischendurch. Ich würde es allerdings nicht außerhalb einer Sale-Aktion kaufen.

Basit ve eğlenceli bir oyun tam hayalinizdeki laz mütahit olamıyorsunuz, size bebek bakıcılığı vb. görevler geliyor yapmak istemesenizde para ihtiyacından dolayı yapıyorsunuz bu oyunun akıcılığını bozmuş ve biraz sıkıcılılaştırmış onun dışında evler almak house flipper gibi evi temizlemek, boyamak, mobilyalar almak eğlenceli ama bir müşteriniz sizden spesifik bir tarz istediğinde bazen eliniz kolunuz bağlı kalıyor çünkü hep aynı mobilyaları kullanmak istemesenizde seçeneğiniz yok bu oyunu bir tekrara sarmış. Özet olarak oyundan tam beklediğiniz şey mütahit olup para kazanmaksa biraz sıkabilir ama genel olarak eğlenceli.
