Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
The Talos Principle plays very similarly to a Portal mod, except with a whole bunch of philosophical pondering about civilization and the legacy of humanity. I think the unfortunate thing is that the puzzles never feel very difficult, and the narrative never had me invested beyond one or two characters. I had such a lack of investment that I was surprised the ending story beats struck me at all, and had me wishing I could feel the rest of the game to the same degree. I think the primary turn off for me is that The Talos Principle feels like "Unreal Engine: The Game", with assets that feel bought off the Unreal Engine Marketplace. It doesn't help that the environments are some of the most commonly explored places in games: ruins of ancient civilizations such as Rome and Egypt. While these environments are necessary to set up the themes and story of the game, in tandem with the unchallenging puzzles, it just makes me feel as if the game lacks an identity. A lot of promise in this title, but the execution makes it come out to a middling experience.

Muy buenos puzzles, no se vuelve repetitivo. Destaco recompensa por la exploración del entorno
Game itself is good, but WARNING: An update broke it for Steam Deck. I had to use a compatibility tool otherwise I would lose the 8h I had invested in it. It's a game I paid for and own, but wouldn't be able to play otherwise because it asks for some login credential I don't have. Devs don't care, just look at the discussions, there is no word from them. This is a big red flag. SOLUTION FOR STEAM DECK: Go to "Properties" from the game launching page, then select "Compatibility", toggle the "Force the use..." choice, and select the "Proton Hotfix" from the drop down menu.
Brilliant puzzle game. Really works at your temporal and spatial skills. This is NOT easy, I hate to admit it but I needed some help, and in the DLC I completely skipped some of the stars and just got enough to complete the task. Everything around this game is designed to be a meditation. The music is calm and relaxing, the exposition is thoughtful and provocative. Might as well be.. because you will be completely wracking your brain trying to figure out some of the puzzles. It is interesting to see the variation of commentary online from people about what people thought was easy or hard. Your experience will probably be different and fun!
The puzzles were cool but the game does feel extremely dead. Like dauntingly so. I understand it fits the setting, but solving puzzles for 2 hours in complete dead silence while your only interaction with anything is pc terminals with walls of text dumping cryptic exposition on you ... ugh But the puzzles are fun and there aren't THAT many great 3D puzzlers. So if you like puzzling, you will want to check this out. Just maybe take irl steps to deal with the deafening silence this game throws you in.
