Обожаю Талоса! Вторая часть ничуть не уступает первой по головоломкам! Единственное, значимое, для меня, отличие, так это то, что пасхалок стало меньше процентов на 80, чем в первой части. Либо лыжи не едут, либо я...) Но я каждый уголок обнюхиваю. Впереди еще DLCшки.

1st game was so perfect that this one was painful to play

Really good game and you'll probably like it if you liked the first game, it's more Talos Principle. I personally feel like the first game was a bit better, though, mostly due to being a more condensed experience. The second game have huge, but largely empty areas that just takes a lot of time to run though. There are more puzzle mechanics, which is nice, but it also means that a larger part of the puzzles are tutorials for the mechanic that they just introduced so it gives off the feeling of being a bit easier than the first game. The story is also presented in a different way from the first game. This time it is delivered through NPC interactions and dialogue which is pretty cool on one hand but it also ends up in situations of telling the player what they should be feeling at various points of the game. As a result I feel like this game was a lot less thought provoking compared to the first game, but it might also be that the overall theme of the story is a bit different this time around. At the end of the day it's a recommended game which I feel could be 5-10 hours shorter and have 30-40% less yapping. I also think that the switch to Unreal Engine cost too much performance for the very minimal fidelity increase, but I'm generally favouring higher FPS over any form of fidelity so your milage may vary on this one. Generally you can expect 80-90 FPS on a 4080 with high-ish settings, disabled global illumination and I'm sure there are more things you can do in a config file if you really want to push FPS.
Makes you think (both philosophically and the puzzles), exciting story, beautiful world.
