The Talos Principle 2 is a thought-provoking first-person puzzle experience that greatly expands on the first game's philosophical themes and stunning environments with increasingly mind-bending challenges.

Reviews
Game looks janky visually, the first person camera game me headache for some reason even with high FOV, maybe because the player is too fast or maybe because the controls feel delayed. First few puzzles were somewhat easy and on the ones i was stuck it was more like "how did i miss that" instead of aha moments, maps are huge, takes around a 1-2 minutes just walking between the tests. Narration is over the top, explaining everything like you are a toddler, plus robot group calls (lol) that just breaks the pacing sometimes. New puzzle elements are fun. Bridge puzzles on the end of each island feel like a drag and they aren't interesting overall i would rather play the first part because it feels more polished there, this just feels like appeal to the masses: open world for no reason, a lot of rpg dialogue, puzzle drag

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Interesting follow-up to the first game. I really hate UE5. The Serious Engine had charm. Oh well.
Interesting hook, but felt like a never ending chore by the midpoint as if they had to drag it out by any means.
Of the games I've ever played, this one (and to a lesser degree, the original), is the most underrated game. I'm guessing that I will finish it at around 50 hours and there may not be much replay-ability. However, that first play through is epic in every conceivable way. Looking at the achievement percentages, some people skip some of the story details. But they still get a great, if abbreviated, story experience. I've also seen as I've progressed, that the achievement percentages barely drop off. If you're one of the ~60% who really go into the game, then you likely finished it. You could have a university level philosophy course completely around this game. The game can also serve as an interesting background for alignment discussions as we move into mainstream agentic AI, and as AGI and ASI get closer. The choices are not perfect and in some cases won't offer the option you'd like to pick. But it is close enough in most cases. Only some "free will" comments bother me. It generally does not force any viewpoints on the player. You choose and some NPCs will like your choices while others will not. If you are on the fence enough with this game to be reading comments, tl;dr - Yes, buy it!
