Highly Anticipated Episode 2 Does Not Disappoint!!
If you liked Episode 1, then you're going to LOVE this chapter as it continues the story of 2 unlikely friends, Doris and Norb! And if you haven't played Episode 1, then what are you waiting for?? Hilarious and entertaining characters (although I admit that Norb and Doris continue to be my favorites), great dialogue that had me laughing out loud at times (witty and dripping with sarcasm), fantastic voice actors that make the characters their own, and intriguing music to tie it all together! This story is an absolute gem, and I highly recommend it!! My only complaint is that now, once again, I'm waiting on pins and needles for Episode 3 to find out what happens next to dear old Doris ;)
This is such a great game. The dialog is funny and I really like the dragons' accent and attitude. The puzzles aren't too difficult, except for one, which got me stuck and was too complicated compared to the rest. I played Episode 1 a couple of years ago, so it was nice that the game had an overview of that at the beginning to remind me what happened. I'm definitely going to buy Episode 3 when it gets published.
Finally! A glorious return of an adventure game with witty dialogues and impressive voice-acting. And this time the game itself looks rather stylish then cheap, which is always a good thing.
Ah, yes. Episode II has finally come! After waiting patiently, I was wonderfully rewarded with a continuation of Doris’ story. Will she ever manage to find her Husband Albert? Who is Management? Oh the agony of not knowing- but is the reason that keeps me playing this game. I completed this wonderful point-and-click adventure in about 5 hours. Seeing the old gang Norb and Doris together was all for me. But I was blown away by a bonus skeleton character who had a pretty interesting story to say the least! HA! And CRaPs… I was dead PERIOD. Overall, I really, really enjoyed the extended game play compared to Episode I. I also enjoyed the deeper story line- that just created more interest and wonderment of what is to come in Episode III. The story and characters are just so entrapping for what they are. A pixel video game that I care a lot about.
Another Amazing game with adorable dragons and a great story. I love Point and click adventures, this has to be my favorite one. I can't wait for Part 3 and 4
Love these games! The story is funny and so well done. I love all the characters and the voice acting is great. The game is just wonderful and I recommend to point and click adventurers. I want Episode 3 please!!!
Dragon
First of, point and click adventures have always been my favorite genre so anything new i welcome with open arms. I knew the first episode would be short and while reading the reviews, hoped that episode 2 would be (much) longer. But it's not really that much longer, you could finish this easily in 2-3 hours which i don't think justifies the 10 euro price for it. Why it's also so short? Because the game is very easy, too easy, you will never get stuck, the game consists of about 10 screens and within those, you keep walking around picking up some items (which you don't have to puzzle with, as it's all logical on where to use them), talk with someone and that is it. It's more of a walking around back and forth simulator then a true point and click adventure (which i expected it to be when i bought it) like from the old days. I hate to be the one having to feel the need to leave a first negative review and i do applaud the devs for trying to make a nice story, and the pixel graphics are great for nostalgic (old) people but there just isn't enough meat on this game to cut it.
Another great Doris story in point-and-click adventure. If you liked the first episode, you'll love this one. Hopefully it will be less than four years before episode III comes out!
A great follow up to the first game! Enjoyed every minute. Great throwback to old school adventure games with a great theme.
