Lots of fun, highly customizable, many games in one. Like storytelling? Get the expansions you want, download new things to fit the story, and go nuts. Like puzzle games? World Adventures... do the tomb crawls. Interested in building sims? Find a floorplan and make any house you want (within game constraints). Want to just play it as a strategy game and do it all? Find a Legacy challenge. It takes patience, though, and things can easily break, so save often under different filenames... but it's a great game!

i liked how you could have a job and have friends and pets, the downside of pets is that sometimes they get lonely and your sim might overrule your command to care for them and pet hem and then the social worker takes them away and you have to wait to get them back

Right first of all. The Game has really bad performance issues. It costs too much for how old it is and that its not supported to run on modern Hardware. Other than that, the game is great. There are mods that can help with the performance. And Other mods you can download of websites that make the game great. The Game itself with dlcs is great (some dlcs are broken and never buy). I believe this game is 100% better than The Sims 4 ever will be. The sims actually have a lot of personality and there is so much to do.
