The best Sims game! Just take the time to go to Mod the Sims and follow the guide to set your game up. If you try to run it without fixing it it will crash. This is an old game and EA, of course, didn't bother to fix it.

Stürzt jede 5 Minuten ab Trotz neuem Gamer PC . Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich will mein Geld zurück Support auch angeschrieben . Was soll das Ein so ALTES spiel kann nicht sein das es auf Gaming PC dauernd abstürzt.... unfassbar doof.
Last time I played this game was 16 years ago! It's really nice to be able to play it again but now in a better PC even though I have an office laptop fr nowadays standards lol. Also, is soooo good to play the Sims before Sims 4 which was forever disappointment.
This game was my introduction to the Sims series, so I might be slightly nostalgia-biased, but yeah, what a great game. I must say, after playing the OG Sims, this game is such a huuuuge leap forward. Even tho I still think Sims 3 is where the series peaked, this one is still amazing and has a place in my heart. Performance side, honestly, I haven't encountered a single crash or some game breaking bug, so all good. The only thing that I would point out was the irregular framerate. I would say I still have a pretty decent PC so it was kinda annoying to deal with FPS drops, but again nothing too crazy. So yeah, overall lovely game, can only recommend!
If you enjoy this genre, it's hard to beat this iteration. As a gaming animator myself, it really gets under my skill when the animation detail in a franchise goes downhill, as it did for this franchise. So I'll recommend this one - pay attention to the animations, they are top notch and detailed. You can hardly call yourself a real simmer if you haven't got this classic.
