really fun great simulation game, probably my favourite sims game, its a good time killer
Ive been playing the sims 2 since I was in the fourth grade. This is the sims 2. The sims 2 is (in my opinion) the best sims game. If you don't already have the sims 2, I would say you should get this version. If you already have the sims 2, don't buy this. You need to jump through hoops that you really shouldn't need to for a 22 year old game, and you still need a crap load of mods to get the game to run well. In the end, the sims 2 is still a great game, and I'm glad there is a legal way to actually obtain the game now.

Game runs fine but the camera just zoom in all the way everytime I am in Build Mode. Very Frustrating!

Já joguei muito mais que 43hrs, The Sims 2 é um jogo maravilhoso e muito divertido, o único erro dele é não ser mundo aberto e não ter a opção de visitar os outros sims, mas fora isso o jogo é maravilhoso! Eu gosto pelos detalhes que ele tem, os nossos sims pegam os utensilios cozinha nos armarios, você pode chamar o diretor para uma visita se quiser matricular o filho do seu sim em uma escola particular, o que me chamou mais atenção foram as cenas animadas para cada evento diferente, primeiro beijo, propor casamento e etc, tudo muito lindo Então SIM! eu recomendo bastante que joguem THE SIMS 2
This game is a buggy mess. Despite saying they fixed the issue with character data disappearing, I am still experiencing this issue, as well as other strange bugs. It is also not compatible with some mods. For the mods that don't work, either you are lucky enough that it is simply that they don't work, or you are unlucky enough to get an error when the mod is trying to run and possibly something breaks. University mods in particular seem to affect the game differently now. It sometimes seems like the game isn't loading all of my mods as well, for no apparent reason. Example: sometimes the no censor mod works, and sometimes it doesn't. My graphics settings also do not stick, like smooth edges. This must be done every time I launch the game unless I want to play crispy style. And just to be clear, I played for about 15 hours without mods before adding them in; many of the bugs I experienced occurred regardless of mod presence. I highly recommend you find a way to play the ultimate collection released in 2014 instead.
