Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.29/day in the week to Jul 25 → 3.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Keine Empfehlung.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 15: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I think this integration of The Room took a step away from the puzzles and really leaned into the atmosphere surrounding them. Did that result in some very cool moments? Yes, 100%. But I do think it left a lot to be desired when it came to the difficulty and uniqueness of the puzzles, something that a lot of the negative reviews for this game touch on. If you’re looking for a challenging puzzle game, this one is not for you. If you’re looking to sit back, relax, and enjoy a game with an otherworldly atmosphere, play away! For those of you playing through The Room series, I’d still recommend playing through this one, as it is so short. Additionally, the puzzle solutions are very similar to the first and second games, so I doubt there will even be a moment where you find yourself stuck.
Super jeu.
An escape room type game. It has a small story to it and different endings (you can easily get the other endings without replaying the complete game). The puzzles are fun, with a couple that provide a slight challenge. If you like these types of games, you cant go wrong here.
※English is following.
So, there's a branching ending!
I played the third game in the series, following the first two. It's great that the series' signature features are continued. - Puzzles that feel like solving a weighty, complex puzzle by fiddling with it. - Unsettling puzzles that leave you with a sense of guilt, as you can't leave without solving them, but you wonder if it's better not to. The fact that these elements are retained, and that this third game has branching endings, is excellent. Furthermore, you don't need to replay the entire game to collect all the branching endings; the ending changes simply by what you discover and how you use it in the final stage, which is also great. It would be tedious to repeat the exact same thing four times, lol. On my first playthrough, I reached the ending thinking, "I still have items whose uses I don't understand, but a door has appeared, so I'll go in," which confirmed that I definitely had unfinished business. I re-entered the game from the "Change your fate" menu and reconsidered, "What was the purpose of this in the end?" From there, by carefully investigating things like, "This and that seemed significant, but I didn't end up using them, so there must be a hint here," I unlocked many previously unopened areas and encountered new types of puzzles I'd never seen before, making it a consistently enjoyable game. If I had to nitpick, the only difficulty difference between English speakers and non-English speakers would be in this third installment, where you need to read English text to solve the very first puzzle. This game doesn't even have Japanese localization on Steam. (Apparently, the mobile version is localized in Japanese!) I usually try to read the parts I can understand, but there are limits, so lately I've been relying on "MeoW OCR". It was helpful for reading the letters this time too. The letters sometimes contain important information written in capital letters (in this case, the "tower's name"), but generally, you don't need to read the entire text. If you want to understand the story in detail, it's probably best to read all the letters from the first game onwards. There was only one section where the video would freeze unless I lowered the graphics quality. My system has decent specs, but only in the room with the large pendulum and the crow's cage did the game become choppy and unplayable unless I lowered the graphics settings to LOW. Everywhere else, the game ran smoothly even at the highest quality settings. I'm looking forward to the fourth installment...
