Really good game! 10/10
Not a perfect game, but a good one and it's probably the best police sim I've played thus far (except maybe LCPDFR on GTAV when it functions). Overall The Precinct is a 7.5-8/10 My only issues with this game are the following: - Inability to simply DETAIN someone in handcuffs. It's either full arrest or you cannot search. In real life you can have probable cause of a crime which allows for a full search without fully arresting the subject. This comes into play mostly with the K9 (since we can't smell through our PC's) when the K9 alerts on people. The game will reduce your score for searching upon a K9 alert UNLESS you fully arrest them first - The game reduces your XP reward for attempting the "incorrect" charge, which is a nice concept EXCEPT the game doesn't consider someone ramming my poor officer with their vehicle as an assault. - The aiming is a little wonky.
This is a fun little game, cruise the city, arrest and kill suspects when needed, or you can even taze them :)
Voto: 7/10
Just imagine you will protect the loyal people of the city from the criminal subjects which want to grand theft autos. Yes, that is this game. You are not stealing, murdering or blackmailing anyone. You are the justice, which will served with heavy vehicles, weapons and parking bills. I like this game, even if it is not as long as i would have it, but it is very fun and i want to recommand it to anyone.
A hidden gem in my opinion, while the main story is a bit bland and repetitive at times the action itself and the variety of crimes that the game throws at you is genuinely fun to tackle, and judging that the developers are still periodically releasing updates for the game, it is worth giving it a try if upholding the law is something that interests you. Plus, the game itself looks gorgeous, Hope this review helps!
looks very AI generated (character art) but in onther terms? gameplay is fine, if not limiting becouse of the time period the game takes place in.
good
La Noire.
