Bought this game when it first released played it a lil then forgot about it recently saw it had new DLC bought it decided to play it with my wife. We've terraformed two planets now and plan on doing all of them, will say wish they'd add some quality of life improvements that people have created in the mod scene, otherwise it's been enjoyable.

Instead of focusing on combat, the game rewards exploration, resource management, and long-term planning. Watching the environment gradually change as your terraforming efforts take effect is one of its most rewarding features. The progression system keeps you motivated by constantly unlocking new technologies, buildings, and upgrades. Building efficient bases, managing oxygen and power, and exploring shipwrecks create an engaging gameplay loop that remains enjoyable for many hours. It's even better with friends! The game isn't perfect, however. Some resource gathering can become repetitive, and the late game may feel grindy. Overall, Planet Crafter offers a relaxing and rewarding survival experience with a unique terraforming concept. It can be an really enjoyable yet chill game.
