Red Barrels invites you to experience mind-numbing terror, this time with friends. Whether you go through the trials alone or in teams, if you survive long enough and complete the therapy, Murkoff will happily let you leave… but will you be the same?
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Outlast, now with bits of friends included! Best coop experience with a dash of PvP optionally to the users choosing. Always on sale and currently (7/20/26) still being updated, I wish I had gotten sooner. 9,5/10
muey bien
I love this game, but Red Barrels have a huge problem with making their products actually accessible instead of artistically unbearable. What I mean is there's absolutely no QoL. Starting off with by far the most requested by the community: -No FOV settings. Everyone who has played this game for more than a couple hours has at some point modded the Game.ini file to run at a higher FOV. It's way easier on the eyes, gives you more spatial awareness, and reduces motion sickness. How is it possible that an actual in-game slider for it has not yet been implemented is beyond me. -A bunch more camera related stuff: No option to change the shaking, blurring, depth of field, film grain, and around a hundred different effects that you're constantly fighting. I understand immersion and art style, but if a Fov slider is not allowed, then maybe at least we could reduce the camera shaking so it doesn't look like it's held by a Parkinson's? -Rebirth, which you are encouraged to do as often as possible, shuffles ALL your items every time you do it. With the amount of cosmetics we now own, that means about 3 minutes spent trying to get all your stuff equipped again each Rebirth. -No text chat. How? Why? There is voice chat that works even during an invasion, yet nobody bothered adding text chat? What's even funnier is the interface HAS a text chat, which displays messages like "Teammate picked up an objective item" and such, you just can't type in it. -Matchmaking works about 60% of the time. Getting a team takes minutes, since you have to wait through the random search, unload your Sleep Room, load theirs, wake up with the whole animation each time, see the empty lobby with a singular level 12 guy trying to get on Psychosurgery, and repeat the entire thing again until you find an actual working lobby. Speaking of matchmaking issues... -No session browser for some reason. You need to pray for the matchmaking to pair you up with an actual teammate instead of putting you into an empty session. All in all, I recommend the game wholeheartedly, but it baffles me how we are still putting up with all those terrible design choices just piling up over the years.
bom
I like it, its fun.
Play literally any other four player game with progression like DRG or Helldivers or idk...anything. Not scary either.
