Red Barrels invites you to experience mind-numbing terror, this time with friends. Whether you go through the trials alone or in teams, if you survive long enough and complete the therapy, Murkoff will happily let you leave… but will you be the same?

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Call me psycho, but nothing is better than a horror game mixed with saw level traps
After nearly 300 hours into this game I am quite confident writting this review for the game. First and foremost, to get clear - I really like and enjoy this game. Hell, might be even one of my favourite games I have played in the 2020s. Outlast Trials has good graphics, mainly good optimized and the sound + enemy design is quite outstanding. I am really a big fan of the Outlast franchise, been playing since the first game and I can say that everything Red Barrel did experiment with in the previous games, evolved and tuned up to a max in Trials. Almost every enemy design looks cool (especially some grunts and especially the Prime Assets), as mentioned above the sound design def hits the right spot (from walking over broken glass to defusing batteries on door, from chasing enemies to the creepy sound when ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Jaeger spawns), so the sound and visual part of the game has been done nicely. I also really like the entire message and goal of the trials as it really feels like you are preparing for real life missions once you get release from the facility. The main antagonists ("Prime Assets") really steal the show, as they really serve their purpose inside the trials really well. Coyle and Liliya are by far my favourite ones considering their charisma and overall design. While Coyle and the Kress Twins def feel the weakest amoung all the Assets when it comes to gameplay, the other three (Gooseberry, Barbi and Liliya) are really fun to play against as they have all those unique abillities. Map design overall feels pretty good, while some tasks def feel time to time boring and overused tbh. But overall, it is def a fun game to play solo or with your friends, so if you are looking for something good when it comes to co-op, Outlast Trials could def be a good option to consider (only in case you can stomach the overwhelming gore and blood parts). Recently, I got two good friends into the game and by far now, all of us are quite enjoying the game, and with the upcoming content drops I am quite sure we will play Outlast Trials a long, long time. Now, for me the this game would def be a 9/10 if it didnt came to some quite, ANNOYING issues, and by that I mean the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ connectivity issues this game has if you are playing via USB net. It really happens quite often during a trial that the game just loses the connection and just throws me out to the main menu after which, I get forced to reconnect to my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ USB and re-enter the trial. I mean, it doesnt sound like such a big issue, but considering the fact it happens everyday, everytime I open the game after starting my PC, and that sometimes I get stuck on the loading screen for minutes, after which I have to restart the game again, rellay pisses me off sometimes. I mean it is a live-service game after all, and a decent, good connection stability isnt too much to ask for. So, after all of that I really cant give anything than a 7.8/10, which is a shame since this game is really good and has potential to be even better with every upcoming update. But, overall, it is a Outlast game, it gets the horror and gameplay part really good done, and I would recommend this game to everyone who likes survival, horror themes, co-op and DBD inspired multiplayer to give it a shoot, since you really get you buck back out of the game if you consider all the hours of gameplay and content you get with this game.

牛逼了给我玩吓死
Love this game! It did take a second for me to actually get comfortable enough to play because some of the scenery is horrific to see but I eventually got there, and now? I'm thriving!! I normally play solo but if I ever decide to play co-op, I hope I'll enjoy it as much as I do solo. LOVE THE LELAND AND FRANCO LEVELS!!
Dużo gore + widać siuraka za co plus
U get called slurs by several naked ppl with daddy issues, 10/10
playing invasion as imposter is super fun but playing as reagent is hell. DON'T play reagent.
