Personally, I loved The Novelist, but I will caveat that with it is not a game for everyone - it is very much a game that seeks to tell a story - the gameplay in itself is not terribly deep or complex, but I loved the story it told. It is short - at a quite leisurely pace, 3 hours to get through, but I really don't feel it needed to be any longer.
I see the vision the devs has with this, but I'm at a point where I'm too bored to finish it for the plot. It's just far too repetitive jumping from light to light in the same house. I'm sure a lot of love was put into this, but it's not for me.
NAH, to depressive and not rly great in its telling or gameplay, its more of a visual novell where you "Ghost" arround and watch em suffer.

This started as a slow burn, but I enjoyed the ride of picking between 3 things and I feel like outside of the final day
you don't get a confirmation before you press on something and it ends the game. was not going to pick what I did, but I was exploring and pressed it, oops
everything felt pretty good decision-wise. I neglected the child because children are wrong. It was very funny. Good game, would play a sequel like it.
A somewhat interesting story but overall a forgettable experience.
I really enjoyed this game, its one of those very few games that stayed in my mind for ages after playing and finishing it. Its very unique and made me really feel those consequences for the choices I made. I’m looking forward to replaying it and trying some of the other choices.
