The North Pole

Tenemos la navidad encima aun hay cosas por hacer y como todos los elfos están ocupados, le toca al mismisimo papá Noel (Santa Claus, para los amigos) encargarse de los últimos detalles. Simplemente podemos recorrer el polo norte y ver lo que hace falta por ahí, algunas misiones las cumpliremos incluso, por casualidad, otras tendremos que buscarlas. La música es relajante y ayuda a pasar el rato, en especial en las misiones mas frustrantes (solo hay un par de misiones difíciles, mas no imposibles) y al menos en mi caso, solo encontré un par de bugs, que no hicieron el juego injugable. De hecho, cada vez que terminas una misión, el juego se guarda solo, lo mismo cuando conseguimos un coleccionable o si comemos cierta cantidad de galletas y leche. En mi caso lo jugué con mando y la experiencia fue buena, quizá un par de detallitos, como que hay muy pocas opciones de configuración y no es posible ajustar sensibilidad del mando o la función de los botones, pero nada que arruine la experiencia. Se puede terminar en un par de días si no te atoras en alguna misión y aun en ese caso, es posible darse un descanso para dedicarse a acariciar renos, atascarse de galletas, leche y pay de moras y el deporte nacional de arrojar elfos o lanzarles bolas de nieve (u otros elfos) te mantendrá relajado y te anima a volver otra y otra vez. Personalmente me encanta y me gustaría darle una rejugada cada año, por lo agradable del ambiente. ¡Altamente recomendado!

So many bugs! I tried three different quests so far and couldn't complete any of them. I collected everything I needed and the elf who gave me the quest never accepted to finish it even after I restarted the game and started over. I fell from a roof and got caught under the snow, I had to restart the game again. Basically an hour of "playtime" just to restart the game three times and accomplish almost nothing. The music is nice though, cute Christmas vibe.

perfektes Weihnachtsspiel

Hm. Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher was ich mir erhofft hatte. Der YouTuber HandOfBlood hat dieses Spiel schon in einem seiner Videos gespielt und schien Spaß daran zu haben, weshalb ich (während es im Angebot war) auch The North Pole spielen wollte. Nun ist es sicher so dass mein Laptop nicht der jüngste ist. Wir sind gemeinsam durch ♥♥♥♥ und dünn gegangen und das schon seit bestimmt drei Jahren. Aber dass dieses nun doch recht simple Game sich so sehr mit ihm zankt wundert mich doch. Als ich ein neues Spiel beginnen wollte laggten sowohl Bild als auch Ton. Nachdem ich mich durch den daraus resultierenden audiovisuellen Albtraum von Cutscene gezwungen habe, musste ich lernen dass der Rest des Spieles genau so schmerzt. Wenn ich meine Maus um einen Zentimeter bewege muss ich etwas warten, dann kommt alle paar Sekunden eine andere Ansicht, aber nie die auf die ich es abgesehen hatte. Die Musik, welche zusammenhängend sicher gut klingen würde, bricht die ganze Zeit ab. Ich habe das Spiel jetzt zweimal gestartet und versuche gleich ein drittes Mal. Wenn es bei dem gleichen Mist bleibt dann werde ich versuchen, mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, denn so geht das ja wohl nicht. Naja.
