Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.29/day in the week to Aug 29 → 16.57/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 17 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,502 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
This game absolutely nails the aesthetic and atmosphere, and the monsters are really good. There's a lot of random events and hallucinations that can mix up the expeditions too. Overall the world and design philosophy is fantastic. A lot of the negative reviews dislike that you can't pick your equipment. The game seems like it may account for what equipment you've brought back and somewhat randomize it, and you can trade crummy weapons for better variants, or upgrade what you have. A pool of equipment is listed out for your expedition and you equip yourselves from that as you want. I think it's done well but some people prefer a style where you pick your gear. What the game does poorly is some annoying enemy designs, like the centipede, but it isn't a huge thing. What does feel bad is some of the feel of the game; melee feels sluggish and their range doesn't feel good as you need to be much closer to what you're trying to hit than it feels like you should need to be, and switching equipment can feel unresponsive because of how slow it is. Frankly, it's mostly little things that are a bother, but it would be nice if they fixed it.

this game has lots of potential but the gameplay the loop is boring as hell and the cpus in this game make me pull hairs out my head the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ npcs you could get on your team you get just play with other people. and the combat is janky feels like im a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ a door nob fighting people its mostly. and the game looks good but son we gotta do better with the gameplay its not fun im genuinely not having fun playing this ♥♥♥♥. plz update this game plz it can be good but this is bad looks ngl not playing this ♥♥♥♥ again. the other p[arts of the game are fine multiplayer is fine and the mechanics are also fine and the world the game is in is very good i got this game cuz of my love for Lovecraft. but they could change a lot about this game. i think letting the game cook for a bit would do it good. but at this moment this game is nowhere near optimal.

Not Recommended After just under 3 hours, I can't recommend this in its current state. My biggest issue was stability. I couldn't even get into the game at first. I was getting CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT and MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION blue screens on a high-end PC (i7-14700KF, RTX 4080 SUPER, 32GB DDR5). I updated NVIDIA drivers, disabled XMP in the BIOS, turned off my second monitor and tried multiple troubleshooting steps before I could finally get the game to launch. The frustrating part is that it wasn't just me. Once we finally got into a match, friends were crashing throughout the session, forcing the rest of us to wait while they rejoined. The in-game voice chat also kept breaking, so we ended up using Discord, which defeats the whole point of having proximity chat. Gameplay-wise, the first hour was genuinely creepy and the atmosphere was great. Unfortunately, after that it became repetitive very quickly. It feels like the game shows too much too early instead of gradually building the tension and introducing new mechanics as the difficulty increases. By the third level, it felt like we'd already seen most of what the game had to offer. Combat also needs work. It feels clunky, the controls never quite feel right, and the hit detection is inconsistent. There were plenty of times I'd swing point blank and miss, or accidentally hit a teammate instead. A few other issues: Frequent crashes. Bugs. Difficulty doesn't seem to scale well with player count. No jump mechanic, which feels surprisingly limiting. Repetitive gameplay loop. Overpriced for the amount of content currently available. It feels like it takes inspiration from The Forest, Phasmophobia and Left 4 Dead, but doesn't reach the same standard as any of them. It's definitely a "friends game", and I probably wouldn't play it solo. If my group wanted to jump on again I'd join them, but I wouldn't go out of my way to play it. There is potential here. The atmosphere, audio and overall concept are solid. But in its current state, it feels more like an Early Access title that still needs a lot of polish before I could recommend it. 5/10.
its good
The game has a single-player mode, but playing solo feels impossible—there are too many enemies, and they appear out of nowhere. How am I supposed to handle them alone with just a single-shot gun with 10 rounds and... a toothpick masquerading as a knife?
