Ein überragendes Spiel! In Sachen Geschichte und Atmosphäre eines der besten Spiele, die mir seit Jahren untergekommen sind. Spielmechanik etwas holprig, was angesichts der eben genannten Punkte fast zur Nebensache wird. Im Einzelnen: Der Charakter ist authentisch und die Geschichte zieht nach relativ kurzer Zeit in ihren Bann. Wer ist das Mädchen, was ist das für ein Traum? Endlich ein Spiel, das sich selbst und seiner Geschichte vertraut und nicht alles tausendfach erklärt. Danke dafür, Entwicklerteam! Ihr glaubt nicht, wie grausam es ist, wenn ein Spiel sich permanent erklärt und dabei wie eine traurige Rechtfertigung klingt (nicht wahr, Gearbox?). Dialoge: Weitestgehend authentisch. Selten - v.a. am Schluss - kippt es und wird melodramatisch. Aber nur ein wenig. Kompensiert wird dies aber durch die hervorragend umgesetzte Küchentischszene im Schutzbunker. Diese ist wirklich hervorragend gelungen! In der Gesamtschau ist das Spiel in Sachen Geschichte und Atmosphäre in meinen Augen gleich auf mit Expedition 33. Freilich ein völlig anderes Genre und wenig vergleichbar. Umso erfreulicher, dass dies nicht für die Qualität der angesprochenen Punkte gilt.

One of the best games I've ever played. The storyline is amazing. The visuals stunning. The idea of this game, as a whole, is absolutely incredible. I have never been as interested in every single paper, poster, card, book, etc. As I was when playing this. This game touches on some serious heavy subjects. The story, worldbuilding, and sound effects can make it uncomfortable. It is so well executed, that I could feel some of it physically. 12/10 will definitely recommend to anyone who can stomach it. It is so worth it.

So for I'm enjoying myself. This plays like Silent Hill or Resident Evil but with out the Zombie or demon fights. It mechanics mostly deal with stealth, puzzle solving and atmosphere. There are a few moments where you take a shot at a monster, but you're mostly focused on puzzles and stealth

It is very good horror game, moody and atmospheric, but not straight in your face. It's a horror game in it's best form - not that many jump scares, but the entire game makes you feel uneasy and gives you chills. It's also very beautifully made, with some sensitive touches here and there. Very well done game. It roughly takes below 10h to finish the game, but the storytelling is absolutely amazing! You have to play this game! Very worth every penny I've spent! I would buy it again, and again, and again just for the experience of it... SO GO AND GRAB IT WHENEVER YOU CAN! ;)
