Now you stand in front of “The Mansion” and know that you will not leave until you have faced this boy's fears and painful memories. The monsters from his dreams seem eerily real to you and quite capable of causing you real harm. (Developer) It is an intense adventure experience that you have to puzzle out, so to speak. Not suitable for children and way too heavy anyway. For anyone who needs help here is a good guide in English. For my part, I have often used it to get new ideas. I played the game much more precisely and further than in the video, I recommend this to you too. It took me almost eight hours. But since it's really good, the time flew by. Since it took me twice the time as shown in the video, it's clear that you don't have to solve all the puzzles to progress. The box in the firebox, I have no idea what it's all about. I'm also missing a ball from the pool table, it doesn't seem to be found. Although I have collected everything apart from these two things, opened everything and solved every puzzle and all the nightmare creatures are no longer there, not including the final boss, who cannot be eliminated, I am missing all badges except the completion symbol. What I don't care about is that I'm not an archive hunter. It's the second part, at least according to the badge I got for playing through it. However, this game does not require any prior knowledge; it can be played completely independently. According to the community, there won't be a third part for the time being because there won't be any further programming. The story, graphics, setup, structure and gameplay are outstandingly well done. There is also a subtle feeling that is conveyed and is also very well done. The puzzles are very good, but also mostly very difficult. The reason here is the complexity and the fact that there are puzzles in the puzzle that are not directly connected to each other. Nun steht Ihr vor „The Mansion“ und wisst, daß Ihr nicht eher gehen werdet, bis Ihr Euch den Ängsten und schmerzhaften Erinnerungen dieses Jungen gestellt habt. Die Monster aus seinen Träumen erscheinen Euch unheimlich real und durchaus in der Lage, Euch echten Schaden zuzufügen. (Entwickler) Es handelt sich um ein intensives Abenteuererlebnis das man sozusagen Erpuzzeln muß. Für Kinder nicht geeignet und sowieso viel zu schwer. Für alle die Hilfe brauchen hier eine gute Guide in Englisch. Ich für meinen Teil habe sie öfters mal genutzt um neue Ideen mir zu holen. Ich habe das Spiel deutlich genauer und weiter gespielt als im Video, dies empfehle ich euch auch, Fast acht Stunden hab ich gebraucht. Aber da es wirklich gut ist verging die Zeit wie im fluge. Da ich die doppelte Zeit gebraucht habe wie im Video zu sehen, ist auch klar das ihr nicht alle Puzzle lösen müsst um weiter zu kommen. Die Kiste im Feuerraum, keine Ahnung was es damit auf sich hat. Es Fehlt mir auch eine Kugel vom Billiardtisch, sie scheint unauffindbar. Obwohl ich außer diese beiden Sachen alles eingesammelt habe, alles geöffnet habe und jedes Puzzle gelößt habe sowie alle Alptraumwesen nicht mehr sind, nicht mitgerechnet der Endgegner dieser lässt sich nicht beseitigen, fehlen mir alle Abzeichen außer das Abschlusszeichen. Was mir jedoch egal ist, ich bin kein Archievment Hunter. Es ist der zweite Teil, jedenfalls laut Abzeichen das ich für das Durchspielen bekommen habe. Dieses Spiel benötigt jedoch kein Vorwissen, es ist vollständig eigenständig spielbar. Laut Community wird es vorläufig auch kein dritten Teil geben, da nicht weiter Programmiert wird. Die Geschichte, die Grafik, der Aufbau, die Struktur und das Gameplay sind herausragend gut gemacht. Dazu kommt noch ein subtiles Gefühl das vermittelt wird und ebenfalls sehr gut gemacht ist. Die Puzzle sind sehr gut, aber auch überwiegend sehr schwer. Hier ist die Komplexität der Grund und das es auch Puzzle im Puzzel gibt, die miteinander nicht direkt verbunden sind. Betrachtet einfach von vornherein jeden Raum und jeden Ort in den ihr kommt als neue Aufgabe. Auch wenn das nicht auf Anhieb zu erkennen ist. Ich schließe aus Platzgründen mit den Worten des Entwicklers. Willkommen in unserem Albtraum! Extra, extra Empfehlung. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME - it's incomplete and shows no signs of further development. Great concept and beautiful design, but all style, no substance.

I advise against wasting your time and money on this buggy game. The story is ridiculous, and the letters scattered here and there are cringeworthy. Some puzzles are okay, but some are simply illogical, like the one in the library. One thing works, whereas two similar solutions don't. There is no explanation. Instead of a sense of achievement you end up biting your knuckles or swallowing your fist, depending on the puzzle. The cherry on top is that there are no manual saves and the autosave acts randomly. For example, I reloaded one position twice, and the first time I managed to open a cupboard with a memory in it. The second time the key was in the cupboard, but the memory wasn't in my Memories. Which means that I actually lost one memory for good. I think I would have been able to play the game till the end, but it simply wasn't worth it. I know, because I ended up watching a video walkthrough for the last two rooms.

Has it been abandoned completely?

Gutes Spiel, leider nicht mehr weiterentwickelt!!! "Fortsetzung folgt", seit 2021...??? Das Spiel wird wohl nicht mehr beendet werden. Ich für meinen Teil werde keine EA-Games mehr kaufen. Ärgerliche Sache, wenn man ein Spiel beginnt, welches auch noch sehr gut ist, und die Entwickler es dann fallen lassen wie eine heisse Kartoffel. Äusserst schade.

Early access is an understatement. Do NOT buy this game until the developer gives an update and moves forward with it. The developer is aptly named Forever Entertainment as it'll take forever for this game to be finished and for you to be entertained.
