Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 1 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

brillant, i looooved it
The Last Hero of Nostalgaia es un souls piola, relajado, con varios desaciertos y muchos aciertos.
Now that I'm pretty much fed up with the game (4 playthroughsacross Steam and Nintendo Switch), I think I've seen enough to write about The Last Hero of Nostalgaia. Tho not too much as a lot of its strength come from its surprises, but for anyone who is looking for what is essentially a carbon copy of Dark Souls while also being a parody of both it and the entire video game industry, this might be worth a playthrough (or four). When I say "carbon copy", I mean it. The controls are the same, the mechanics are mostly the same. Even the way the world is interconnected is the same, albeit with a hint of the underground sections of Mega Man Legends sprinkled on top. The key strength of the game, without spoiling too much is the way the game uses the "lore in the descriptions" aspect of the Souls games and makes it into a unique and extremely fun in-game mechanic, rewarding the player for not only reading, but understanding the lore. The other very interesting aspect is how the Luck stat has been also similarly turned into an entire mechanic of its own and turned upside down at the same time. Making something random very easy to understand and exploit. There's a bunch of stuff I could mention, but the game is so heavily seasoned with references that the point of the game kind of becomes seeing how the game uses the references in question. The humor is hit and miss. Sometimes it's very good, sometime it... just sort of lands without much of an impact. With all that said, the game is relatively cheap, offers a good 15-20 hours of gameplay, takes the best of Dark Souls and uses it wisely, while adding enough of its own to make it stand -not quite as much as Dark Souls- proud. Give it a try if that's the sort of thing you want in your life?
If you like Souls-like and are looking for another entry, this is might NOT be a good match. The game looks pretty competent at surface level, but mob enemies are tedious without being challenging (circle them with your shield up, rinse and repeat for every single enocunter) and bosses are also pretty trivial compared to other souls-like, not providing any real sense of accomplishment. Map navigation is confusing and backtracking is horrible with only one bonefire set for fast travel till late game. I get the humorous and satirical angle and for the first 2 hours it can be entertaining if it does resonate with you, but I found it gets old quickly. And remembering equipement to improve it and unlock different bonuses in a game where traveling between locations and bonefires is so so tedious, is not worth it. There are some good ideas here and there, and clearly lots of thought and passion went into the project, connecting the map and provinding a complete experience, but I wish more time was spent into dissecting the elements of fun combat in a souls-like and how to make bosses click. It could have been a positive review if the game was a 3-4 hours experience at a lower price point, but as it stands it does overstay its welcome for the fun and experience offered.
Awesome game.
