Not worth the download, even for free. It last only 14 minutes and the game is insanely bad. It is just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of asset flips and predicatble jumpscares. Might be worth it if you want something to laugh at.
The Last Dinner is a free VR horror experience. It worked on my HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok, was barely understandable. This is Creepy and super dark. You have a weak flashlight that you can pass between your 2 hands. Has English subtitles. Has a scripted tutorial. Has a scripted on rails story. Has some stuff you can interact with but nothing you can hold in your hands. You are directed everywhere by blood footprints. The first zombie i met, i pulled off my headset, made me a late night snack and came back to exit VR and write the review. Nope Nope NOPE. I don't do horror at night. Ok the next morning, i tried this again, told myself it is not real, finished it. The zombie movement and animation methods are subpar. The movement mode is only crawling forward and left / right. Warning: may cause motion sickness from the movement method, i felt queasy after finishing it. CONS: Does not work with Index controllers. Try it if you like gory Horror for a quick jump scare filled story.

"The Last Dinner" is a basic Unity asset flip, a short jumpscare horror game slapped together as the developer tries to get famous from someone else's game assets. All you do in this game is wander around a badly assembled set of Unity assets in VR... thankfully, it's very short, and less of a bad thing is a good thing, but none of it would be even better... which is why I can't recommend this. The game graphics look better than you might expect, but that's just because it looks like some or all of them are "borrowed" from asset stores or wherever. Gamers can tell... and it comes across as insincere. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 12 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
Played by myself in the dark and forgot to set the phone on silent. Almost got a heart attack when my friend texted. 'Nuff said.
Can't downvote because its free but the game is pretty cheap. Cheap graphics, cheap locomotion, cheap jump scares and incredibly short. This feels like a tech demo at best but aince its free I won't downvote it. 4/10 at best
don't bother, it's garbage.
カメラワークが悪すぎて一瞬でVR酔いしました。 プレイどころではない
