Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 11 → 0.17/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reminds me of Gaunlet and Risk. Good fookin time with the lads too.
Great price. Good gameplay loop. Performance are really good. Bosses are fun. Made by a great dev. This is a solid game that can be enjoyed by any roguelike fans
At time of writing this I have 22 hours of gameplay. I have a pretty easy general rule of thumb for games. Is it worth 1 dollar per hour of gameplay. This game is a simple yes. The art style is neat, the combat feels fine, its not a souls game but it is fun. the guns are cool, the abilities, cool. It has a little bit of a dungeon crawler vibe to it which is neat and unique for the rogue like aspect. Most of all the team/role versatility is freaking awesome. you wanna be a full blown healer for your team? YOU GOT IT! What about a tank that taunts and pulls aggro so your party can do what they do best? YEP! how about a classic Rogue feel? go invisible, get that huge crit? Teleport strike an enemy? ABSOFREAKINLUTLY!! The build crafting is 100% there. Oh, I know what about that Paladin play? Smite a demonic foe with a righteous hammer of god all while supporting your team? BY HIS DIVINE GLORY, YES!! Nothing crazy busted where it seems like 1 thing reigns supreme and nothing else matters, its got great balance, sure there might be 3 or 4 abilities that could use some balancing but out of 50+? DAMN.GOOD.JOB All this, For an incredibly priced game where I myself, who is a theory crafting junkie, could easily put more then 100, 200 hours build crafting and testing alone? Its got my recommendation for sure! On a side note don't let the build crafting scare you its not a crazy complex as you might initially think. this game can be as complex or as simple as you want it to be. Its how games used to be and should be! Secrets, simple skins to unlock through gameplay means to give you a little more uniqueness to your character. No micro transactions. Just simply a good, fun game, made for gamers, by A gamer, and that's right, I said "A". One single guy and some input from what seems to be a handful of friends, that 1000% counts for something! A single guy made a game that could compete with time spent and enjoyment against, unfortunately, countless, now a day, mindless, money hungry, Triple A developers. Show some love! Give The Last Citadel a try. If you can spare $1 dollar per hour of enjoyment, you have nothing to loose. for me personally it'll be ten fold that and even more the worth while!

Awesome game . great first effort Would love to see a dev team on this . Some feedback - Add a bit more meta progression - Freeze units when player is shopping - Make a weapon mastery or a weapons upgrade system that makes them more modular . Would like to see where this goes in the future
beautiful game. cant wait for more content do launch. boss fights are fantastic and extremely fun. id add some more monsters to it but overall very good. total home run for a first time dev
A fun game to run with a group. Different stages of difficulty, Raider is challenging and requires teamwork and knowledge from the previous runs but fun when completed. The aim feels very fluid and the variety of guns make it more interesting. The bosses at the end of each second stage is fun and they have different mechanics to learn, even more on the raider difficulty. I look forward to seeing the game evolve and get more content over time.
Excellent for a start and the first game of the studio! Had a lot of fun playing, it has a hell of a lot of potential!! I would however like to see a bit more progression between rounds to equip me a bit better for the next round, something like gun or skill masteries to make them better. Keep it up guys, you have a gem in the making here!!
Honestly I really liked this game, the challenges that this game adds and on top of that the experience you can get with your friends. I liked the art style of the game too! Can't wait for the future updates!
Do not buy. Gunplay is underwhelming and overly nerfed. Enemies are too damage resistant, with ranged weapons that should be doing 50+ points of damage are instead reduced to low single digit damage. While the abilities have no progression to keep pace with difficulty, as there's no way to level them up. The damage mitigation on enemies is to high. The percentages / values on offensive /defensive buffs found in the game are too low. There's really no incentive to keep attempting runs to unlock weapons or abilities from the shop when the damage output and character healing is an underwhelming morass of of low single digit or double digit output. The enemies in the game need to have their damage mitigation reduced by at least 50 points. And unlocks found in the dungeons need to be of greater utility for the cost in green gems. Leveling up weapons seems to be a wasted exercise of gathering when the damage output isn't substantial and the proc chance for additional effects is to low. Also the damage/ effect / types of additional effects is underwhelming. Now this could be a fun game but the character damage output side of it has been over nerfed. A rebalance seems to be necessary. Currently melee weapons are very effective, while the ranged gunplay or spell/ abilities has been over nerfed. Not worth more then $5, in the current state of underwhelming gunplay with low procs, worse accuracy, and overly damage spongy enemies. Until there's a major rework, that actually rewards players for their investment in both the purchase of the game and the time invested in attempting a run, as reflected by more effective weapons, abilities, and progression that matters in unlocks. Frankly, making runs in this game to unlock nerfed ranged weapons and sparkly cosmetics, isn't worth the time. Quite possibly, even if The Last Citadel was on sale for $5.
