Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 22.71/day in the week to Sep 1 → 39.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The world you knew is gone.
You awaken as the last active Caretaker, a machine built for one purpose: save humanity. Across a vast ocean covering the ruins of Earth, you must recover human seeds, restore the Lazarus Complex, and prepare the next generation for launch into orbit.
The Last Caretaker is a first-person survival-crafting game about systems, choices, and purpose. Every resource matters. Every structure has a reason to exist. Every success gives humanity one more chance.

Recover human seeds and return them to the Lazarus Complex. Manage their growth, restore memory data, and prepare them for life beyond Earth.
Scavenge abandoned facilities, dismantle wreckage, and recycle materials into tools, weapons, power networks, and essential modules. Restore the machinery needed to keep the mission alive.
Rogue machines, hostile systems and the world itself will push back. Repair and maintain, upgrade your equipment, and protect what remains.
Restore ancient launch infrastructure, chart the ocean, gather resources and memories, and send the humans you raised into orbit. The mission is not survival for its own sake. It is a continuation.
Explore silent Sanctuary docks, Refuel Outposts, Underwater cities, and long-forgotten Seed Vaults. The story is uncovered through places, logs, memories, and the remains of a civilization that tried to outlive its own world.

I have only had this game a few days and I am blown away at how great it is! This game has a new original story and concept and is beautiful and terrifying at times (open ocean is scary). The resource management is top notch and everything ties together well. It feels like a mix of “Wall-E” and “Fallout” but in all the good ways. “Wall-E” bc you are a lonely robot trying to recycle and survive the planet that humans abandoned and “Fallout” bc everytime you find a abandoned post there is stories and logs about what happened there. This fresh and amazing game has made me fall in love with games again and given me hope that the gaming industry is all corporate greed and nostalgia cash grabs. Given that it’s still in early access there are still a fees bugs but nothing game breaking and the times I have had to reload and lose some progress I am not upset bc then I get to do it better the second time around.
The game is the most fun game i have played in a long time. You loot places scrap it all put it into a scrapper and its so satisfying to get a large amount of things at once, you build solar panels turbines and things and just see all that electricity coming to your ship. Weapons are amazing, and i love how there are no bosses just rlly difficult enemies such as rollers turret/laser sharks and things like that. I spent over 33 hours in 3 days on this game its addicting. Even though sometimes it crashes (rarely) i still Highly recommend the game.
casual, lasst euch einfach darauf ein sehr immersiv, kein zeitdruck ihr seit der boss
