The Island

This game has some great potential. The graphics are great. You have to collect objects to survive. Not all animals attack, while others will. Build a hut and make tools. Unfortunately I think this game has been left to die. I really hope they add more content at some point

a waste of time, if you love yourself don't play this game. This game wants to be a sort of "the forestsish" game that steal things from green hell and other simular games but completly fails in the attempt. a complete waste of money. If u like this game please end yourself.

Great game overall, some improvements could be made. Crafting recipes definitely need to be tweaked, and tiger encounters should probably be less likely. Performance could be improved as well, and animations could be better. Graphics are amazing for a 2 dollar game, so that sure is a win. This game has potential, so considering I'm the only one playing it I'd like to see some updates from the devs. (Seriously, the last update was in 2021)

Being that it is early access at the time I've played it, I had a hard time getting into it. I kept thinking it was going to be really cheesy. After I made my mindset of knocking this game off the play list, I can say I really enjoyed it. My son said it made him think of "The Forest", it reminds me of "Stranded Deep" both of those games I also thoroughly enjoyed. I enjoy the whole idea of getting your base camp setup, and figuring out food and water. Then it's off to explore the island. I love the animals, but could do without the spider, it's disturbing that you get meat from that thing. I like the size of the island, you're able to explore pretty quickly, and get comfortable with your surroundings. I like that you can kill yourself if a tree falls on you. I like that you lose if you get killed, it makes you pay attention to what you're doing and not get too greedy. I like the building integrity, that adds to the building aspect, similar to Subnautica. I look forward to seeing where this game is going.
