A maze-based game in which you search rooms for numbers while avoiding silent enemies. The graphics maintain the low-poly style used throughout the game. However, this does not imply that the game merely employs simple textures. Modern eye-candy is present, and they even consume a significant amount of resources when the settings are pushed to the limit. The cutscenes struggle to keep up with the good framerates, but the remainder of the game runs smoothly. You start the game in your office where you can walk around and interact with options. It's not much, yet it contributes to the overall appeal. You may easily skip the tutorial because it teaches you nothing that is relevant to the story. All you know is that you've been kidnapped and are now trapped inside a huge building. The gameplay is decent but monotonous. The objective is to find the exit by navigating a maze of hallways and rooms. Because the majority of the game takes place in darkness, a dim flashlight is ineffective. It's only a small glowing circle in the center that doesn't extend very far. Your other tool is a gun designed to shoot locks on doors. Bullets are extremely rare, and each lock may require two shots. These rooms are typically more detailed than the rest of the plain hallway, although they are rarely fascinating. You might strike gold if you locate some ammo, a collectible diary, or a number that unlocks one of the two exit doors. But you won’t be able to explore in peace. Hallways are patrolled by corpses on puppet strings that chase you until you run away or enter a room. Running uses stamina that slowly recovers, so this isn’t always the best option. You’re dead if they touch you and you’ll have to start again. This is a big issue because you can’t hear them when they’re close. They just hover in silence. You might simply walk around a corner and bump right into it. Since the game completely resets itself upon death, it’s not a good feeling when this happens while looking for the final item.
