About

Scavenge and fight for your next day alive under the shadow of gargantuan war machines. Enemies in the game can literally tower over the battlefield. To put it another way:

The battlefield is unpredictable thanks to The Forever Winter’s Dynamic Encounter system: enemies have their own goals and agendas, operating in coordinated groups, undertaking full-scale battles — and they’ll intelligently react to your actions. The battlefield you leave won’t be the same one you return to.
Use your wits, stealth, and skilled gunplay to make it out alive. Choose your path in the shadow of the two great superpowers, loot the dead, and make it out alive. While the warring factions may ignore you at first, the more disruptive you become to their goals, the more they'll seek to remove you from the equation.
Ecological collapse compounded by runaway technological advancement brought us here: a dystopian world choked by 40 years of industrial-scale violence between two military superpowers, AI automata, cybernetically enhanced soldiers, human-machine hybrids, and relentless automated warfare. There's two sides to this war, and you're not on either.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

So this game is my new fav. It has a little bit of jank like you can get stuck sometimes but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is it fun. The reviews for this game really threw me off and I almost didn't get it but I watched a review by Seagravegaming on You tube( ...a little to wordy but whatever) and I commented about the reviews and he told me the game was great. He was right... so if your hesitant cause of the reviews just get it. The game is pretty difficult at first until you get the hang of it but that's what makes it feel so rewarding.
CRYBABIES NEED NOT ENTER
its honestly just a fun take on extractions. everything is stronger than you. everything can kill you. and you get to do it with friends, no worries of getting ganked at exfil or toxic players. i fully recommend for tarkov, arc raiders, and other extraction lovers who enjoy suffering
For a game thats early access this has some very awesome potential and already a ton of fun to play
Pros: Great art design and lore and overall atmosphere. Great loot and item variety. Just the right amount of difficulty to make the game engaging for the average capable player. In summery the game looks great and the ideas that shape this game are absolutely fantastic. Cons: The enemy NPCs spawn as soon as you enter an area making the game feel like its out to get you specifically and it hurts the immersion and it looks bad. The terrain hitboxes are bad and janky. The gunplay is a little janky as well because every enemy and including the player is so stiff. Most importantly the game runs rough and could use more optimization when new map areas are loaded in. But, this game is something you should not miss, i cant believe i have not noticed this game earlier, it tickles a part of my brain no other game does and it feels great.
