The all time GOAT, this game deserves nothing short of the best awards, I've bought this game on XBOX nearly 4 times with the additions and new versions, and I bought it on here obviously, but this game is a childhood core of mine, i was highschool when it first released and it really is the peak of Open world RPG, doesn't get better than this.

Skyrim isn't the most polished game, it certainly isn't the best selling game or most critically acclaimed, but time and time again I come back to this time capsule from 2011. There is something enthralling about the world and gameplay of Skyrim that no other game has come close to replicating. No matter how many times I go through Bleak Falls Barrow on a new character, I will never get tired of fighting the giant spider, finding the golden claw, and learning the first word of Unrelenting Force. Through the many years of walking across the cold landscape of Skyrim, something as simple as hearing the game's legendary soundtrack and seeing the ethereal visuals of the night sky will be one of the most beautiful feelings in gaming.
