Powiem tak, gra sama w sobie jest okej, początek ciekawy, pózniej troche gorzej, ponieważ jest troche nudno i słabo się zarabia, ale gdy już bardziej się rozbudujemy to jest już lepiej, lepsze zarobki i idzie to jakoś, gra całkiem w porządku, lecz trzeba mieć w niej trochę wizji przestrzennej i trzeba troche pomyśleć, żeby to jako tako wygladało i dało sie umeblować jakoś te biura itp hehe ;d U mnie z tym cięzko i nie przepadam za takimi grami. Ogolnie to polecam :)

진짜 딱 가격만큼하는것 같은게임 요즘 국밥도 만원이 넘어가는 세상이니 이정도면 나쁘지는 않은듯 대신 컨텐츠도 부족하고 단점도 좀 많은느낌 제일큰 문제점은 청사진 기능 없음. 이런게임들은 청사진 기능이 있어서 한번 만들어서 저장해놓으면 필요할때마다 청사진불러와서 덮으면되는데 똑같은 평수에 똑같은 구조로 만들려고해도 한땀한땀 만들어야함. 두번째 문제는 설계도가 좀 거지같음 솔직히 설계도도 좀 커스터마이징 할수있게 만들어 놔야하는데 기본으로 제공하는 설계도가 제일 무난함 굳이 돈써가면서 설계도 해금해야할 이유가 없음 방 갯수가 많아지는것도 아니고 갯수는 줄어들고 공간효율도 별로임. 세번째는 깰수 없는 퀘스트가 존재함 예를 들면 100평이 최고인 곳에서 200평짜리 사무실 원한다고하는데 구조적으로 깰수가 없음 각층 최대평수 기준으로 퀘스트가 들어와야 깨지 노답임 이런거는 그외 짜잘한 버그나 컨텐츠 부족있긴하지만 추후 업데이트로 얼마나 더 지원해주는지 봐야할거같음 사무실 종류좀 추가해줬으면 편의점, 미용실, 헬스장, 바, 갤러리등 여러가지 추가되었으면 좋을거같음

Gute Grundlage, aber unnötig zäher Fortschritt. The Dream Office bietet grundsätzlich eine interessante Mischung aus Renovierung, Reinigung und Gebäudeverwaltung. Die verschiedenen Arbeiten gehen angenehm von der Hand und vermitteln durchaus das Gefühl, eine heruntergekommene Immobilie schrittweise in ein funktionierendes Bürogebäude zu verwandeln. Auch technisch hinterlässt das Spiel einen guten Eindruck. Die Performance läuft bei mir stabil, und die grafische Umsetzung gefällt mir ebenfalls. Besonders der sichtbare Unterschied zwischen den vernachlässigten Räumen und den später renovierten Bereichen sorgt für Motivation. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist für mich allerdings der sehr langwierige Grind. Bereits die Ausstattung eines einzigen Büroraums verschlingt so viel Geld, dass man häufig kaum sinnvoll weiterarbeiten kann. Stattdessen ist man praktisch dazu gezwungen, mehrere Tage vorzeitig zu beenden, um durch die bestehenden Mieteinnahmen langsam genügend Geld für neue Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände anzusparen. Problematisch ist dabei, dass ein Tag jederzeit beendet werden kann und offenbar keiner festen Arbeitszeit – beispielsweise von 09:00 bis 20:00 Uhr – unterliegt. Dadurch besteht ein Teil des Fortschritts lediglich daraus, neue Tage zu starten und sofort wieder zu beenden, um weitere Einnahmen zu erhalten. Spielerisch fühlt sich das wenig befriedigend an. Von zusätzlichen Räumen, die später auch durch Quests verlangt werden, ganz zu schweigen. Meiner Meinung nach sollten entweder die Preise für Einrichtungsgegenstände und weitere Räumlichkeiten reduziert oder die täglichen Einnahmen aus der Vermietung erhöht werden. Eine ausgewogenere Wirtschaft würde dafür sorgen, dass Renovierung und Verwaltung stärker im Vordergrund stehen. In seinem aktuellen Zustand läuft The Dream Office Gefahr, den Spieler über viele Stunden in denselben repetitiven Arbeitsabläufen festzuhalten. Das kann die anfänglich vorhandene Motivation leider recht schnell ausbremsen. Trotzdem sehe ich eine gute Grundlage: Gameplay, Performance und grafische Gestaltung überzeugen grundsätzlich. Wenn die wirtschaftliche Balance und das Fortschrittstempo noch angepasst werden, könnte daraus eine wirklich unterhaltsame Büro- und Renovierungssimulation werden. Daher gibt es von mir eine vorsichtige Empfehlung – vor allem für Spieler, die viel Geduld für langsamen Fortschritt mitbringen.

The Dream Office is a first-person office renovation and management sim where you clean up a ruined building, repair and furnish rooms, rent them to different companies, and keep everything running well enough to turn a profit. Pros ✔️ A lot of neat features that are pretty decently executed - The gameplay mechanics are done well where I didn't run into major challanges. ✔️ The power washing is VERY satisfying - The grime is very reactive to whgere you actually spray and rivals some games that are specifically about power washing. ✔️ The customization works well - You get enough control over furniture, walls, flooring, and layouts to make the office your own without turning it into something rediculous Cons ❌ It is not optimized the best - It ran harder than I really expected for what was happening on screen. ❌ You can soft lock yourself pretty easily - If you finish renovating without making sure you have something rented out and earning money, you can end up without enough income to properly keep moving forward. ❌ The tutorial drags a bit - There is a lot of repetition early on, and the story going along with it was honestly pretty meh-tastic. Conclusion It is an alright game. A lot of what it does feels familiar if you have played renovation or management sims before, but I also cannot say it does any of it badly. It is more the kind of game I would put on when I want something straightforward to work away at rather than something I am going to be thinking about after I close it. Score 6/10 Office Renovations - Sometimes the dream office is just a decent place to clock in for a few hours.

Un concept assez original autour de la rénovation et de la location de bureaux dans un grand building. Franchement, le jeu est déjà très sympa dans son état actuel. Il y a encore plusieurs améliorations à apporter, mais le développement avance dans la bonne direction. Un nouveau patch vient justement de sortir récemment et on sent que les développeurs travaillent activement pour enrichir et améliorer l’expérience. Pour le moment, le contenu reste encore un peu limité au niveau des pièces et des bureaux disponibles, mais j’espère vraiment voir arriver de nouveaux étages et davantage de possibilités dans les futures mises à jour. Le concept reste malgré tout très agréable et assez addictif si vous aimez les jeux de gestion et de rénovation. J’ai également réalisé plusieurs vidéos sur le jeu sur ma chaîne YouTube.
