About
A torrential flood drowns a quiet rural village overnight — but when the waters recede, not everything that returned was human.
You play as Ramon “Monching” Vergara, a young man searching for his missing sister amid the wreckage of their hometown. The floodwaters left behind strange symbols, unholy murmurs, and a silence heavier than death itself. Armed with little more than a gas lamp, a farming tool, and his will to survive, Ramon must uncover the truth buried beneath the mud and memories of Sitio Malig
But as night falls, the line between the living and the damned fades. Every shadow hides something watching. Every whisper carries a curse.

Fantastic game!! I was not familiar with Filipino folklore, and I was worried I wouldn't understand what was going on, but I found it really interesting and novel. I also screamed multiple times! The game is creepy already but there are parts of the gameplay that make it really hard not to freak out. Sort of reminded me of how I felt playing Penumbra way back.
Eyyy, napaka-angas! Pero kailangan pa talaga ng more improvements, nag-crash nga yung game, “Fatal Error.”, not sure why Also, we should be able to interact with the NPCs after talking to them. I was doing something while interacting with them, so I wasn't sure what to do next haha.
hindi pa klaro yung gameplay, kahit mag equip sa weapon, pahirapan, hahaha, anyway wait nalang ako sa new update, kung meron man
The Game plays great, looks good, the Dev is fixing all issues, Actually as I write this review I see the update is out. totally worth a buy. here's a walkthrough if you want https://youtu.be/JUCRmX6ooLg
I loved the creepy atmosphere. There's quite a lot of content in the game. My favorite enemies were the horse-headed guys, but I nearly soft-locked myself, because the got stuck in the hey collider and I couldn't kill them. Cool experience overall. Impressive for such a small team.
The game reminds me of Silent Hill but Philippines Version. I very much enjoyed the storyline and the art style of the game and all the monsters are just so perfect! Growing up been reading on the many mystical creatures seeing them in a video game format really amazes me :) Thank you so much Kent and the team for the opportunity to voice act and the copy my gameplay here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNnP_OyhY-8
Good survival horror game! Gameplay is probably 2-3hours (without getting lost ^^") the Devs are fixing all issues as I write this review ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧ Maybe after another patch, you guys should definitely try this game out!
This game is full of vibes and unique monster designs I haven't seen in many other games! You basically have to figure out everything yourself or explore enough until you find a note that gives you a hint on what to do. The characters and voice acting are pretty charming for an indie game and it's cool that it's set in the Philippines! Totality recommend if you're looking for a little horror treat.
This game surpassed my expectations! A lot of cool lore, impressive voice acting and models for an indie game, and very cool boss fights! Action picks up pretty fast too which I really liked
Allow me to preface all of what I'm going to say with this: This game is clearly made with love, and for a studio cracking into horror like this, I'm genuinely impressed with this first game, any criticism I give is purely meant to be taken constructively! I will do my best to avoid spoilers for the game as well, but there will be some! Pros: Excellent design of models. The hair and faces of the main characters are well made and very realistically designed and I can tell a lot of energy went into them, although the facial animations are a little lacking. The monsters are also horrifying to look at and even hold up upon close inspection. Well done! Atmosphere: This part is excellent, the fog and mists really contribute to the feeling of dread in the main world and do well to obscure without totally blinding the player! Story: The story itself is relatively passable. I found myself engaged in the world and honestly curious what came next! Cons: Lack of clear direction: After certain segments of the game it can be unclear where exactly you are meant to go, especial because the fog can make areas blend together. A cursor or toggleable compos of some kind would have been very helpful! Combat Mechanics: The games combat is very stiff and inflexible, enemies tend to swing faster on some attacks than others and it was difficult to land a hit on enemies with melee weapons without taking damage yourself. This made the beginning the game especially difficult when facing groups of enemies. As when one would miss, your stiff movement would make it difficult to capitalize on the window to attack due to upwards of 4 to 5 more enemies swarming you. I think it's okay for the combat to be stiff and rigid as it is, but a stagger mechanic that has the enemies actually respond to being hit and having their actions interrupted would have made it much more enjoyable. That said, when raged weapons were introduced, namely the rifle, I began to have much more fun! Voice acting: I won't harp on this much, as this is a small company and likely did the best they could with what they had, but the voice acting was generally difficult to sit through at the beginning. People were clearly reading from scripts, which is fine, but really took me from the urgency of the situation! Lantern: The light source itself is too bright at times. There are segments where you can't see without a light, but turning it on has such a strong glare it's hard to tell if its easier or harder to see without it on. Pacing (Minor Spoilers): Some segments seem very slow, especially the segment where you play as the sister. Her casual jog has me walking through at a snails pace. Side note: The sound cues for the enemies in this segment were both overlapping, repetitive, and continuous. It became difficult and grating to listen to while avoiding enemies. Bugs and crashes: I only faced a few issues in this area, but I will list them for the devs, major spoiler warning from here: During the cutscene at the church when the big bad captures your sister again I could not see what was happening. Camera angles had me looking at walls and the environment, but not the scene itself. I didn't even see how my character ended up underground. Also, upon leaving the underground segment, the world was still very dark and hard to see through, but when I reloaded the game it was daylight again. I'm not sure which was the intention. Additionally, upon opening the notes in the pause menu I did have the game crash on me on two separate occasions. The ending: I the final segment was fun, but a few things I'd like to note. Jet ski segment to the island could have used some kind of obstacle or hazard I had to avoid, be that debris or a water based enemy, it would have made that segment feel like more than filler, that aside, the visual on approach to the middle island was stunning! The large enemies you face at the end aren't aggroed if you shoot them from a distance, allowing you to cheese them easily. Also, the final boss, while not too challenging, was a cool design, that said, the ending was a little anticlimactic. Boss dies, blinks from existence, and an ending title card with a quick summary and credits roll. Game took me 3 hours total, likely would have taken me around 2 with some more clear direction. Minor things I would have like: Adjustable in game options, and a way to hot key items so I don't to tab, click on, and then equip the items. Overall I'd give this game a solid 7.5 out of 10! The world and visuals do a lot for it, but there's clear room for improvement. While short, this game was worth my invested money and I look forward to seeing what you guys do next!
