The Dark Rites of Arkham

小品体量的解谜游戏，其实无论故事发展还是关卡设计都挺普通的，但是主角和搭档的插科打诨实在太搞笑了（经常会让我想起黄德彪和金曷城），包括一些meta的对话和黑色幽默式吐槽，实在是克系背景游戏里相当独特的存在，可以说是真正意义上的小品游戏。 鸡蛋里挑骨头的缺点可能就是通关完发现有些成就因为bug没解锁，以及民间汉化字体实在有点费眼睛。

A very charming Lovecraftian point-and-click adventure. I like that it doesn't take itself too seriously, packed with references to many of H.P. Lovecraft's stories. Feels like a fun, atmospheric beer-and-pretzels session of [i]Call of Cthulhu[/i]. Sure, it is not the longest experience and the puzzles are not that hard, but it's for the better in my opinion. I prefer it that way over a dragged-out slog. I've seen comparisons to [i]The Drifter[/i], and I wholeheartedly agree. It's definitely worth the price.

Enjoyed this a lot, I gave it a try after playing Nightmare Frames which I really liked as well. I didn't know a lot about Lovecraftian lore before playing but this game was so good it has me doing a deep-dive into it now. The story and characters are all well-written and I love how alive the world feels. I'd love another game in this setting from Postmodern Adventures.

Cozy Lovecraftian point and click adventure set in Arkham.

Solid adventure game, feels very...Call of Cthulhu, the tabletop game. Can easily see this as a written scenario with two well-fleshed-out protagonists. For what it's worth it also leans FAR heavier into the pulp and weird science angle of the original works compared to more modern horror interpretations.

Que puedo decir los tres juegos de la compañia son una delicia de aventuras graficas , tiene muchos giños y una historia que te atrapa , no es dificil ni nada y es muy intuitivo , este por lo general de los tres que tienen es mi favorito y me encanta el pixel art que tiene , me gustaria mas juegos así a futuro y si puede ser aunque sea con IA un doblaje a nuestro idioma Españita , espero la siguiente historia de terror llegue pronto y sea mas largo que nunca , los comprare todos

A wonderful game that very effectively captures the Lovecraft vibe of the time

the game change my view of 2D games ,at first, I hated the style but the events and the storyline made me forget about and it grew on me the game is truly a hidden gem and cant wait to play other games from this studio I loved jack character it was so well done . I totally recommend this game if u are a fan of detective and 2D games .

There were so many moments where it felt like if I didn't act quickly, the entire city would fall into chaos. That nonstop tension kept me invested from beginning to end and made every decision feel meaningful. Between the authentic soundtrack and the gripping, high-stakes narrative, this game delivers an unforgettable experience that keeps you fully immersed in its world.
