From the creators of Golf Club Nostalgia and Highwater. Return to their whimsical, neon-lit apocalypse in a Jungle Book meets The Armageddon fusion. Parkour through the remains of humanity as a child being hunted, while catchy end-of-days tunes and curious survivor stories play on the radio.

Great indie-ish 'finish in one sitting'. Excellent controls, beautiful animation, great story and soundtrack. It wasn't perfect... 4/5, only because of some oddities and minor performance things: - For a game that repeatedly mentions the characters being in America, there's a lot of Australian accents? - I took a brief break and my screensaver kicked on (more used for privacy these days), and when I resumed, the music wouldn't load until I quit and restarted. - Quitting mid-level required pulling up taskmanager and force-quitting the game. - The animation was gorgeous, but it lost the hand-drawn disney/anime style with fast movements (see specs for info, but it's not at all a bad system and I'm on an LG C4 2025 in VRR. The minor stuff aside, I'd have bought the game full price with zero regrets. If you want a 2-4 hour chillout adventure with a bit of frustration for fun and a gorgeous look (at least when it's still), The Cub is an excellent choice.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a great game but....
