Really good game for 5 and up. Gets harder in high levels but not too difficult if playing as a team. Best I’ve found on steam.

The Counting Kingdom is a charming game for preschoolers who need to get their adding up skills right. Add the values of the attacking monsters, modify them with potions and choose the right spell (=result) to fend them off. If you are a grown up, you shouldn't have to many problems saving each and ever castle within 2h. It's a good learning game, and that is very rare. It is for addition and subtraction up to 50. It has neat monsterdesigns fit for small children and it seems to be coded for mobile devices, meaning that the controls are mouse click only. Approved and recommended all around. Great educational math game for elementary school level with strategic elements. Even has adaptable difficulty level in range of numbers used.

Fabulous little edutainment title that mixes tower defence with maths. Growing up with the wonders of Treasure Mathstorm and Math Rescue, I dived head first into this and was not disappointed.

OK, so I have a 5 year old that I have learning how to read and play the piano among other outside activities that we do. We cover a lot of the bases but we've been lacking on the math front. Her mother is really skeptical about videogames and thinks it turns brains to mush. I went ahead and got this game for her and have had her playing it while I make dinner. Ah Yeah....She's become a math wizard! What's great about this game is that she is learning while you as a parent can be partially passive getting things done around the house but checking in to see if she needs help from time to time. I hate sticking my kids in front of the TV so I can get downtime to get things done, but this just takes the guilt away. The game itself feels a little reminiscent of angry birds with their cut scene when explaining the story, but the game play is its own unique character. Endless ways to solving the math problems and it increases in difficulty in a very steady way for developing minds. I highly recommend this game. It makes learning fun and having your kids not wanting to stop in this case, is a great problem to have.

I love counting and slaughtering

I downloaded this for my kids to practice their early math. They love it, I love it. It's cute, it's simple enough to understand and the way it introduces new concepts of the game is very well done. The graphics and gameplay are straightforward. It feels rewarding and we're having a lot of fun. I hope there are more games like this in the future to teach my little ones with!

Very cute and I experienced no bugs. Sound effects and music are fitting and decent. Has several difficulty levels but these are mostly just different sizes of numbers (it never strays beyond adding, subtracting, and some extremely minor multiplication). Wholesome ending. Quite low stress. I do recommend this game for children, especially smaller children with an older child or adult helping them.

Pädagogisch wertvoll. Spielen und Kopfrechnen. Niedlicher Grafikstil und anpassbare Schwierigkeit von 2 Klasse bis (hmm) 6 (?) Klasse. Wer ähnliches sucht: Dragon Algebra (nur IOS und Google) ist ebenfalls auf dem Niveau beim spielen wirklich wissen zu vermitteln.
